Pros:

Didn’t know this was another a hotel managed type property. Apartment was still dirty when arrived and took 2 interactions w the host to get a cleaner back to clean - and my family needed to let them know where to clean.

Other than that - not a large property but does have 2 bedrooms. Location is near Eaton Centre. Overall ok not great.

Pros:

Location was fairly close to downtown Toronto, Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, and easy to find. Beautiful view of Lake Ontario (47th floor!) and Toronto.
The suite had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths.
Only complaint was the cool air blowing continuously in the bedroom.

Pros:

There were 3 ladies staying and only 1 washcloth and the shower water didn’t get hot enough.
Thats the only complaint I have.

Pros:

They advertised that you'll have a dining table for two, but in the end, it was a coffee table. We got an apartment facing the interior of the building, the balcony was filthy and basically of no use. The unit was well equipped and clean. The bed was small, not a queen but a twin. The location is not great, but you can walk to the best part of Downtown.

Great stay for family
Pros:

Great stay for family with plenty of space. Very clean apartment with plenty of extra linen and towels. Full kitchen with all utensils etc you need. Very close to Dunden Station/Eton Shopping Centre, 5-10min walk. Very easy to check in, just send message or email to Rivet Stays and someone came in 5mins to let us in. Very much recommend.

The communication between who runs the bookings and those that meet customers and doing the cleaning is severely lacking. They seem disorganized. We were met to get the keys but the room was still being cleaned but they brought us to the room as three people rushed to clean the apartment and clean around us. Very weird and everything was rushed. The balcony has a nice view but was filthy dirty and no chairs to sit and enjoy it. I requested late check out which they gave to me for free because of the check-in experience but a cleaner let herself into our room anyway and they charged us so I had to request a refund. They are just seemed disorganized from the top down. I wouldn’t stay with them again at any of their properties.

Location is terrible
Pros:

The place was pretty good but it is on the edge of downtown and there are a ton of scuzzy, drunk/high/psychotic people hanging around. No problems but it was extremely uncomfortable. Stay to the west of Jarvis Street is my advice.

The unit was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. Would have been nice if there was a couple of chairs on the balcony. Great location. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Got the parking which turned out to be a little complicated as the fob wasn’t working to get in and since at check out I was to leave the apartment keys in the unit I had to move the car to public parking and then return to the unit to return the keys. The elevators require a fob to access and not all elevators go to all floors. So that took a little figuring out. All in all great place. Would stay again. But maybe would skip the parking and just park in the public garage.

It was ok.
Pros:

Very good location and the apartment had lots of amenities. It was too small for a family of 4, it could have been more cleaner in the bathroom. Also the was an issue that a low battery smoke detector or fire alarm kept beeping all through the night throughout our stay. Disappointed that no one could be bothered to take a look and resolve it, its really was a simple fix. I spoke to the security twice who said someone was coming and the host company but no progress.
