Cons:

Stairs to front door in bad need of maintenance. We were given a room and the ac didn’t work. A fan was offered. We held out and got a new room with working ac.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had specifically requested a main floor room well ahead of time but he tried to put us upstairs. In the first room, the AC didn’t work. In the second room, the tv didn’t work. And the rooms are tiny.

Nasty place.
Cons:

We arrived around 9:30 pm, and the credit card machine was not working, the clerk asked if we had cash ;) After some time, it started working. They billed me for more money than Booking.com. I complained and they charged me what was agreed in booking.com (He had to call I guess the manager).
There were 2 pieces of hair on the sheet but it was late for me to complain. The shower curtain was dirty at the button facing the bathtub.
