Thank you for the wonderful stay !!
Pros:

Thank you for the great stay! The staff here were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. That really makes such a difference!! Everyone was so nice. The room was super clean and new, bed was also very comfy! The pool was lovely and warm and great place to relax. We loved having the good coffee machine in the lobby everyday!

Cons:

The only thing I’d say is that the room was a bit small in comparison to other hotel rooms but that is our only complaint.

Overall it was fine.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly. The pool was really nice. The outside area is clean. The bed was pretty comfortable and the bedding looked clean. The room seemed pretty clean. We liked the free coffee/hot chocolate vending machine.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a deep clean. The counter was grimy and needed to be wiped (I did that), in the shower the crevices need a good scrubbing. Also there is a large empty space in the room. A comfortable chair and coffee table would have made it much more comfortable.

8 out of 10 due to the noise infractions. We will stay there again as we had a good stay last time.
Pros:

Front desk guy was great!

Cons:

Noise outside our room. Car alarm going off at 6 am 2 girls talking loudly like it was daytime at 6:30 and then again at 7. Not the hotels fault but definitely took away from our rest.
