Pros:

All the staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to fix what went wrong.

Cons:

I found someone else's socks in my bed, meaning the sheets had never been changed. Then in my second room there were sugar ants coming out from under the carpeting.

Central and comfy in Courtenay
Pros:

Central location, clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was huge and comfy. Staff very professional and welcoming. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

Cons:

A tiny bit noisy from traffic and other rooms, but not too bad.

It was great. We’ll stay there again.
Pros:

very convenient for an overnight. Wonderful beds, pillows, linens. Shower Was very good love the free, fairly good quality coffee in the morning! really liked not having any scented cleaners or laundry soap on the linens

Pros:

The bathroom was nice and new. staff are exceptionally friendly, and having sports game on in the lobby was nice.

Cons:

You could barely and in the bathroom, the door in the bathroom between the door and the sink to get it closed
There was no table in chair like every traditional hotel I’ve stayed in. We had four people in the room for a sports team and there was nowhere for people to put their bags.

This was a wonderful place to stay after arriving on a very late flight into the Comox Valley.
Pros:
