Pros:

Great stay, walking distance from CN tower. No need for the car, for luggage storage, it was only 10 minutes walk to union station that has bag storage facility. Overall great stay!

Pros:

Pros: the area this is in is pretty close to restaurants, transit options, and Blue Jays stadium. You check in at any time which was nice.

Cons: there are huge stains on the carpets in both bedrooms and in general the carpets did not look that clean. The door of one of the showers looked like it was right about to fall off. This is located in a huge condo tower.

Not the same as advertised
Pros:

This is not a hotel!!! it is an apartment complex. I was informed the day of the stay that we will be staying at a different building (21 Iceboat Terrace) but in the same complex as 151 Dan Leckie Way. When we got into the room at 5:00pm (check in is 4:00pm), someone's bag was in the room and the washing machine is running. It turned out to be the cleaning person. the person came back after about 15 minutes and apologized and took the stuff out of the washer and put them in the dryer and left. The unit is facing the railway tracks and you can hear the trains go by every 5 minutes well into midnight. The unit it self is fine. You can tell it has been rented out a lot as there are a lot of damages in the unit. We did not use anything in the room so it did not bother us too much. The 2nd bedroom was a "closet or storage area" with curtains as the door. Very disappointing stay especially for how much it we paid.

May not suit all
Pros:

Our 2 night stay was ok. Spacious and sort of close to the action. However build up to checkin was stressful as we had numerous emails, and at times hard to get while travelling to advise we had to be moved. We didn’t end up moving which was good as we were not happy to do, but understood. The place needed a bit more warmth, newer towels, and maybe change the outdated shower curtain, may I suggest, which is always nice to provide a small long life milk to get guest started. The apartment is overlooking the railway which is fine but was noisy so would not suit light sleepers. The whole getting the key first upstairs in the room then going down to park the car was inconvenient, the remote was a little sketchy at times and was a little worrying as you are not to speak to the security at the desk. Not very personal which if that is what you are after then a hotel may suit people more. One key for 3 people was inconvenient. Upon checkout we had to use the remote to get out of garage and then park outside and return the key back up in the room. Checkin instructions are a little outdated especially the house rules. Eg; there is no carpet but stressed not to drink red wine etc and avoid spills. Maybe the instructions are standard but don' necessarily relate to all properties being managed. Suggest instructions be more detailed and relatable. If we had know we had to do all this for checkin we would not have booked this apartment.

Pros:

Near Rogers Centre for Blue Jays games. Easy access to get in and out of Toronto.
Was not happy staff could not get TV to work. Instructions could be clearer. Was not allowed two key fobs which was required to use the elevator.

Pros:

There was a plumbing issue at 151 Dan Leckie Way, but the property manager moved us to 12 York Street, and the apartment was beautiful. Beautiful interior and view from balcony.

Pas ce dont on s’attendait
Pros:

Nous n’avons pas reçu le logement que nous avons réservé . On nous a mentionné qu’il y a eu un problème d’eau. Celui que nous avons eu en remplacement était plus vieux et manquait d’amour. L’emplacement par contre était très bien. La vue magnifique

Pros:

The condo was very clean, well stocked, with easy access to restaurants and street car.
But furnishings were tired and cheap, there was no work space and my unit backed onto the GoTrain route so was noisy.
For some reason I needed to provide a personal email address to receive check in info. And was moved to the adjacent building.
Three elevators for 49 floors means lots of waiting, especially around check out time.

Unit Changed and Shoddy Condition
Pros:

Booked accommodation was not available due to a “plumbing issue”. We were notified of the change less than 24hr before checkin.
Reading other reviews, it appears someone else had the same issue and might have been allocated the same alternate unit.
This review is of the alternate accommodation.
Main bedroom bed had another mattress and base set stacked on top of the bed and bedframe due to a damaged bed frame. Bed was about 4 foot off the ground.
Sliding doors to outside - lounge one difficult to open / close; second bedroom door handle broken.
Only 1 teaspoon in the unit???
Electrical plug behind the hob doesn’t work.
Tumble drier doesn’t work - knob broken off.
Cupboard doors in front of washing machine and tumble drier are not on their rails - almost impossible to move them and they jamb on washing machine door if left slightly open.
Second bathroom - no nonslip mat for shower in bath; bath plug cannot close.
Sleeper couch in lounge is collapsing and inadequate to accommodate 3 or 4 in the unit. The alternative (kitchen bar stools) very uncomfortable for sitting for any length of time - better to sit on the floor.
The unit is tired with marks on all walls. Seriously needs a coat of paint and maintenance throughout the unit.
Very disappointing - particularly after 2 long haul flights to get there

Pros:

This condo is in a great location and great value for the area. The beds are really comfy and the kitchen has all you need. The condo could use more seating areas and the curtains don’t fit the window so the light comes in (and the blind is broken). Checking in is a little complicated but manageable. You sometimes have to wait a while for an elevator. All of this is worth it though because the location is so great and walkable to most of Toronto’s attractions.

Pros:

I love to live here. Because it’s quiet and safe. It has balcony . I love that. What I don’t like is that the owner need to keep fry pan at least 2 and clean one. The one already have is looks dirty and living room rug need to change. Other than that everything looks good and very comfortable to stay. I enjoyed there. The owner also communicated well.

Pros:

Location, Location. Location is the keystone of this property. Add in the excellent condition of the building/ rooms, and this one was a winner for us! We are already planning another trip and if this space is available, it will be our first choice. Great communication with the host who was very patient walking us through the check in process.
