I like the location, comfort of the suites and the full kitchen.
Pros:

I have stayed at this location on multiple locations. The studio has a complete kitchen so you can cook if you want and is spacious with lots of natural light. The bed is very comfortable and the shower includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner. You can easily walk to the falls, restaurants, and coffee shops from the location.

Cons:

Because these are lofts there is no breakfast provided. There are a couple of vending machines with snacks. Multiple restaurants are a short walk away.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

The room was perfect! Spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the falls and transport links were nearby.

A Fantastic 2-Day Niagara Escape
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant. Check in was easy. Room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. Location was very convenient for Clifton Hill and only a 15 minute stroll down to the main street near the American Falls. Horseshoe Falls were only about a 25-30 minute walk.

Cons:

Our 2 bedroom room did not have any living room type seating. The main area only had stools at the kitchen island.

Pros:

Location, big room with kitchenette, price, hot water with good water pressure, convection oven/microwave (we brought a quiche for our two mornings) nice fridge with ice cubes ready. Good heat and air conditioning, good covers and pillow.

Cons:

Shower floor could be slippery, no grab bar. Sound easily traveled under the door from the hall to the room. Drawers for clothes would have been nice.
