Pros:

La ubicación, la cama es muy cómoda y la ducha tiene una buena presión. También nos presentaron una sombrilla para la playa :)

Cons:

El espacio es muy pequeño, esta bien para 1 o 2 noches max. No había vasos, ni agua ni tampoco ningún té/café de cortesía

Quin esmorzar? Si no n'hi havia!

Cons:

No té els serveis d'un hotel. El cheking l'ha de fer la noia de la neteja que suposo que l'exploten tant com poden. Ella, molt servicial i molt correcta. Però no és això el que esperes d'un allotjament que costa 155 euros/nit. L'habitació justíssima, l'espai entre el llit i les parets no et permet ni cordar-te les sabates! No hi ha ni una trista cafetera...Hi ha pensions m olt millors. Suprimir personal no és la millor manera de donar servei. A partir d'ara m'ho pensarè molt abans de triar allotjament.

Very nice room with a terrace. Very central, easy to walk around the city center. Big shower with toiletries. Refrigerator available

Cons:

Maybe the only thing missing is a kettle or coffee machine. Couldn't change the AC settings.

Habitación muy limpia y camas cómodas.
La chica de recepción muy agradable.

Cons:

Falta ascensor porque entiendo que por las características del edificio no lo permiten. Pero con niños subir 2 plantas es pesado.

La chica que lo dirige, Susana es una anfitriona genial,nos ayudó con sus recomendaciones y desde el primer día hasta el último estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia en la isla fuera de 10,destacar que es un hotel súper acogedor, coqueto y céntrico.Recomendable 100 por 100

Great location for the old town, clean and comfy with very helpful friendly team.
Pros:

Great little hotel in a very central location for the beautiful old town of Ciutadella with all the eateries within hopping distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was comfy and clean. Shower was great once you mastered how to control it (it only took a few minutes). A/C worked a treat to keep the room cool during the day when I was out and was easily controlled by remote during the night.

Cons:

Could have done with hooks to hang bath towels in the bathroom. That is my only tiny complaint.
