Nice walk to Quebec and nice ancestral building

Location to down town Quebec. we like to walk and for the price, for one night, it was really great to walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We paid for parking but when we arrived, parking spots taken. We got credited quickly (thank-you) and they did provide options but we had reserved there direct to not have to worry about it at all, so did not like that we had to deal with that. Suggestion: put a sign where the parking is reserved for those who paid, and that they will be towed. That way the spot will be left open for those who know they paid. And small negative, the bed was nice but pillow not good, it flattens and was not comfortable. Also when we reserve a room, maybe the real pics should be posted. The rooms we saw on site seem WAY more modern, our bathroom looked very dated:( but the pics online of bathroom looked WAY better.

Essentiel et paisible.
Pros:

Endroit calme et accueillant.Ambiance 19e.Très propre et comfortable. Près de tout. Musée et parlement.

Cons:

Stationnement très petit et trop enneigé pour être accessible. Je me suis débrouillée seul pour en trouver un autre à proximité.
