Essentiel et paisible.
Pros:

Endroit calme et accueillant.Ambiance 19e.Très propre et comfortable. Près de tout. Musée et parlement.

Cons:

Stationnement très petit et trop enneigé pour être accessible. Je me suis débrouillée seul pour en trouver un autre à proximité.

Basic hotel at the nice location.
Pros:

The location is great to explore the old town. The bed was comfortable. The view was nice on the main street. The staff was quite responsive on the phone.

Cons:

It looks much simpler, than on the photos. Its very basic.
I felt like it’s a dorms but with separate rooms. It shows tear and wear.
No place to hang on a jacket in the room. We just piled them up on a chair. It was not that much space in the room.
On one side of the bed there was a small fridge, it served like a bed table. It’s easy to hear people walking up and down the stairs.
The parking at the property is tight. It was hard to open doors once the car was parked. Like on one side it was not possible to get out. There were two cars on the sides. One of them was a track and our was a small SUV. Another one was a medium size sedan. Fortunately we didn’t get any bumps. The snow was not removed well. To enter the parking on the sides there were still lots of snow.

L'hôtel était bien situé près des Plaines d'Abraham. Le grand lit confortable.

Cons:

Le site annonce que la réception est ouverte 24/24 mais ne précise pas qu'il s'agit en fait d'une réception virtuelle ou ne le mentionne pas clairement. J'en ai été informée seulement au moment de la confirmation de ma réservation. Si j'en avais été informée avant je n'aurais pas choisi cet hôtel. J'ai dû donner un numéro de téléphone local pour confirmer la réservation. J'avais demandé une chambre dans les étages avec une baignoire. Je n'ai pas reçu de réponse mais j'ai découvert en arrivant qu'on nous avait donné une chambre en sous-sol à côté de d'une petite salle commune et avec une douche. La propreté de la salle de bain était ok mais la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer.
