The bed was very soft and the pillows had no shape at all
The hotel is relatively new, and everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. The location was also great. Although it’s right next to a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet.
We arrived around noon and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. When I asked how long it would take, the front desk staff member said about an hour, so we waited in the lobby. An hour later, she still wouldn’t let us check in. If check-in wasn’t possible until 3 PM, why not tell us that from the beginning? We ended up wasting an hour of our travel time, then had to carry all our luggage back to the car and head to our next destination. She didn’t even offer to store our luggage while we waited. She was so cold and robotic that the interaction made us feel unwelcome. Interestingly, when we returned that evening, a different staff member checked us in and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we encountered the same unhelpful staff member again at checkout.
There was no breakfast.
The Service, Room Layout and Beds were great. The best hotel I have stayed in in a while.

Very clean and comfortable place with a well-equipped kitchen, including cookware, dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Lorraine was terrific at check in. The closet area & complimentary coffee in lobby were nice. The bathroom was very clean.
Bed was a bit soft. There were long black hairs on the floor around seating area.
