Wish I was here longer than one night!!!
Pros:

The staff have been absolutely amazing!!
I had a hiccup which was easily solved by them ❤️
Then I got to my room and it’s beyond clean, beautiful and comfy!!!

Cons:

Not a thing!!!

Pros:

Lorraine was terrific at check in. The closet area & complimentary coffee in lobby were nice. The bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

Bed was a bit soft. There were long black hairs on the floor around seating area.

Pense que el Hotel . Pero con la mala experiencia que tuve mas con su gerente , algun personal de recepcion y de mantenimiento .

Cons:

Que se fue la luz y ningun servicio funcionó. Mi esposa permanecio en la Habitacion sin aire sin luz sin agua caliente sin wi fi sin elevador. El hotel no cuenta con sistema de planta electrica y traspasa este inconveniente al huesped. Lo peor es como el personal se alinea para no honrar ni ser justos. Se excusaban y eran audasez en sus respuestas. Consideraria evaluar bien esta situacion. Recompensarme por los inconvenientes y revisar las condiciones del Hotel , especialmente si caminas en el 3er piso HOY sin luz ( te puedes tropesar con la alfombra levantada ) permanecere atento a su comunicación.

Well landscaped. Clean rooms. Great bathrooms.

Pillows. Pillows were flat and had no support. They were clean.

A wonderful experience!
Pros:

The room was wonderful, so comfortable and beautifully designed & decorated, the kitchenette was a real bonus, one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10
We will definitely stay again

Cons:

If I had to find something…..just a couple of minor things….would be a light in the closet area, also being only one chair meant that someone had to lounge on the bed, it was fine for us but may prove awkward for some guests.
