10/10 all around
Pros:

We stayed here in July and had to come back in August, the location is so very beautiful, lovely vibe walking on the waterfront. I'd highly recommend staying here as it has a parkade, short distance to Fisherman's Wharf, several piers to gaze at the ocean, access to all things you'd need to enjoy your stay.

Cons:

That there was no lobby which we are use to but it didn't deter anything.

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and well located. Easy to access once you read the instructions. Nice and new.

Cons:

The air system is SO NOISY and you can’t turn it off completely. A real problem the property should address. That said, if you like sleeping with white noise, you’ll be happy.

Pros:

Zee mooi en proper logement, heel goed gelegen, vlot bereikbaar en vlakbij commercieel centrum. Een aanrader op voorwaarde dat het probleem van de ventilatie wordt opgelost !

Cons:

De ventilatie maakt ontzettend veel lawaai en doet heel veel teniet van alle andere positieve elementen. Als je 's nachts niet kan slapen van lawaai, heeft dat grote impact op welbevinden van het logement. Een héél groot aandachtspunt. Ik zou zelf niet meer reserveren ondanks de zeer mooie en goede (!) kamers.

1-2 Nächte sehr gut mehr eher nicht da die Gegend selber nicht viel bietet aus touristischer Sicht 😉

Cons:

Schwierig die Eingänge zu finden auf der Wasserseite keine Beschilderung,Lüftung sehr laut die nicht reguliert werden kann.

Lovely location, some minor improvements
Pros:

I have stayed here twice before, because of the location and the kitchens in each unit. The 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom I stayed in back in November was lovely. I've stayed in 106 back in March. And this time around, I was in 101. There's easy parking either in the garage or on the street. They allow pets. The rooms are pretty spacious, the airconditioner works really well.

Cons:

Some things could be better maintained. The bathtub in suite 101 had a lot of dents in it, the door frame needed some painting done (somebody came by without a heads' up and asked if he could paint it. I said no, because I was not notified, and I didn't want to deal with the smell of paint). There is nobody on site in case you need anything. I have stayed here twice before so I know the drill, but many others might be confused. I received check-in instructions a few hours before I was due to check in, which might not be convenien for those traveling from abroad without wifi or cell service. The other thing is that the layout of some of the suites is weird. You open the door and the bed is right there.
