Great place to stay, especially for families or larger groups. It was so nice to have our own space!

Great layout, number of rooms, and amenities for families.

Cons:

We've stayed at Basecamp before and have always enjoyed our stay. This particular unit felt like it was generally clean, but was starting to show signs of needing a deeper clean like pink scum building up around sink drains and shower silicone. Nothing major, but something we noticed. Also, the microwave seemed to be disconnected and would not turn on and the TV would not connect to the wifi. Also, this was our first time staying at the Basecamp suites in Revelstoke. Last time we stayed at the Basecamp Resorts. Parking was FULL and it would have been helpful to have some instructions on where we are allowed to park so we don't get ticketed. Also, the entrance to the second floor was difficult to find and was not easy to notice the signs. If instructions could be texted ahead of time for this location for future guests, I think that will make it easer to find the stairwell. We were happy with our stay overall and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks!

Great hotel in beautiful Revy
Pros:

Spacious and new and in a perfect location
We were in a 3 bedder with 2 bathrooms and a powder room
Lovely views
Well equipped kitchen

Cons:

No elevator. We were on the 2nd level and had to haul luggage up the stairs
Beds were short.
Main room spacious. Other rooms small.

Overall a comfortable, clean stay for independent travelers.
Pros:

Great location, good for private/independent travelers, new and very clean, great kitchen, climate control was excellent in very hot weather, comfy bed.

Cons:

Requested room without connecting door but they weren't able to provide, people next door are too easy to hear, though it was only a problem for a couple nights of our stay. The sink in the washroom is oddly small and especially awkward for a tall guest.

Disappointed
Pros:

Great location and a nice modern room

Cons:

AC was not working properly. The room was 27C when we arrived and the AC was turned off! When we turned it on, the operation was so inefficient the room only cooled to 25C by morning. The GuestService Agent attempted to assist but the solution provided by Maintenence ( they did not come to the room in person) did not work.
