We loved our stay here and would book again.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern and in a great location.

Cons:

Could use some more shelving or drawers to store clothing and an additional bedside table (so there’s one each side). Also the kitchen could do with a few more cups, plates, bowls and cutlery.

it was okay.Not thrilled Pretty basic for the prices charged but it must reflect the kind of clients
Pros:

The location was good. Downtown. Convenient

Cons:

that there was no frying pan. So had to use pots because no one could deliver frying pan at 6 pm Said it would be dropped off first thing in am. Didn’t happen.

No soap in the showers.

Cons:

Floors were extremely dirty, I wore socks the whole time as there were other peoples hair, food and dirt on all on the floor in the kitchen, bathroom and all around the bed.

Pros:

New updated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen limited but fine. Washer dryer was a bonus!

Cons:

The rooms are super small, no dressers or cupboards, need more hooks. Couldnt really unpack. Perhaps a small shelf and mirror at front door, put keys mitts etc

Great locational and functional for a stay at revelstoke
Pros:

Great location, comfortable

Cons:

Could do with some storage so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase and stick the kitchen and cooking facilities a bit better. No front desk just a text message service that seems to work ok

Immaculately clean, modern, and convenient.
Pros:

The suite looked like it was brand new, so it was VERY clean and comfortable. It was also beautifully furnished & decorated. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we loved the premium coffee provided. We also loved the Rocky Mountain toiletries in the bathroom.

Parking was very convenient & our ground-floor unit made it easy to move our bags in/out. Location is fantastic: right downtown, but on a quieter street, so we didn't find that noise was a problem at all.

We had 3 guests in a 1 BR suite, so it was also well-thought to have a television both in the bedroom as well as in the living room for the 2 parties.

Although the site is not staffed, we were able to get what we needed (some towels for our 3rd guest) immediately by calling the phone line.

Cons:

The only thing we felt was missing was somewhere to put our things (like a dresser, closet, etc.).

Lovely setting, clean and situation to local food places was great.
Pros:

Our only problem was that I did not have access to emails once I had left home and as there was no office/reception area was confused as to how to get to our rooms. fortunately a guest had had the same problems the previous night at a different location and was able to phone the number for instructions on our behalf.

Cons:

That the entry code was not issued in the original paperwork when booked.
