Short luxurious stay
Pros:

Loved the spacious room and bed was so comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom high quality and large and had anything you could ever need. Wish i was able to stay for a week vs. one day!

Pros:

Très bon accueil. Chambre très confortable et agréable. Nous avons pu profiter des installations du spa et sauna. Gym dans l'hôtel très pratique et petit café avec excellentes viennoiseries au rez-de-chaussée.

Cons:

Le train passe directement derrière l'hôtel. Il serait bien d'avertir les clients de ce fait pour ne pas être surpris pendant la nuit.

Je ne sais pas si c’est possible , mais le bruit de l’a fan du resto près de notre balcon qui fonctionne jour et nuit était dérangeant à la longue sinon c’était parfait

Pros:

I loved how modern and clean the hotel was.
It was perfectly situated in the heart of Magog in between restaurants and shops. We were walking distance to the Marina and beach as well. Would definitely go back.

Pros:

Hôtel situé en centre ville. Location avec décoration, vue et équipement remarquables.
Vue sur le lac.
Personnel jeune et dynamique

Cons:

Ma place de parking couvert et réservée prise par un autre véhicule dont le propriétaire séjournait également à l'hôtel.
En moins de 15 minutes, le nom de son propriétaire a été reconnu et celui-ci a été prié de déplacer sa voiture.
Une réelle efficacité au service du client.

Pros:

Tout était parfait sauf la propreté du balcon

Cons:

Le balcon a été négligé ou oublié , pleins de fil d’araignées et de mouche morte, on a pas pu profiter de la belle vue sur la marina à partir de notre balcon ☹️
