Un'esperienza terribile! La struttura in sé non è male, ma la gestione... beh, meglio stendere un velo pietoso! A parte l'iniziale disguido con la prenotazione tramite Booking.com (che è stato complicato risolvere), la cena è stata pessima: abbiamo aspettato un'ora e mezza solo per vederci servire cibo freddo! Poi, dalle 3:30 del mattino in poi, c'era gente che urlava e sbatteva contro le porte cercando di aprirle: dov'era la sicurezza?! Il risultato è stata una notte insonne. Il personale non si curava affatto degli ospiti; erano più interessati a bere e ridere tra loro! Insomma, un'esperienza terribile: un posto che non consiglierei mai!

Ambiance wasn't great but it had everything I needed so I can't really define any faults.
Breakfast was good but they should ask about any dietary preferences before serving.
The staff was excellent, Chefs kiss to Chef Lebo and great hospitality from Nolwazi. The cleanliness was also commendable
The parking is a bit of a problem as there are designated areas for parking and no shelter for the vehicles.
Beautiful chalets, self catering, bedrooms and bathroom stunning. Love the shower… wow 🤩 Lebo, made us breakfast fit for a king and even brought to our room, he was awesome and wow, what a breakfast, everything you can think of 🤩
WiFi non existent, don’t bother 🥲 And signal in area very bad, so you won’t have any signal on your phone at all and can’t stream on tv or phone. All you can do is sleep or go out 🙃
