I regret booking with Inn and Out express!

Good location

Cons:

It’s dirty, the rooms advertised are totally different to what they offer! The room was super small and definitely not worth what I paid! When I complained I was not assisted had to check out before the initial date I was planning to check out on !

Not pleasant with my stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient, but sleeping was difficult because of the unbearable noise level within the hotel.

Cons:

The noise level within the hotel was totally out of order. I battled to sleep. No fridge, cattle, cup, coffee or tea inside the room. I believe the hotel is ideal when you are extremely desperate for a place to sleep for that one night.

Change these booking cancellation clause. It can’t be that I can’t change or cancel a booking. Whereas people still book

I established, that you guys have partly permanent residence in some of your rooms.

In pick times like this one please ask them to relocate, cause now they make us feel that the own the place.

I only enjoyed my stay on my last night. When these particular individuals has left the place.

They could not Coexist at all. They just continued like that was their place.

Pros:

Staff are Super Friendly and Helpfull. Situated around the Corner from the Beaches. Coffee in the mornings when waking up. The cleanest I have come across here in Seapoint.

Cons:

Windows don't open in Dormitory, therefore must sleep with door open. Men's Dormitory right next door, so when they walk to the Toilets/Showers, peeping into Female Dormitory. No key to lock Female Showers.

Everything. The room was so dirty, the place looks like a brothel. Tho door is so high you can see people passing from the passage

The location was easy to find on the main road to CBD

Cons:

There was No fridge and food has no where to be preserved. You have to eat all the food you have bought even when your stomach is full.

I enjoyed my stay at the facility. Staff were very helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay and appreciated staff's flexibility on timing. The location is excellent very close to a good beach.

Cons:

dirty marks of the whit wall of the room could have been attended to as well the paint peal of the bathroom ceiling.

I call it A hole in the wall
Cons:

The condition of the place is below average.
Whilst bed linen is clean, towels are stained. Window did not lock well so air came into the room overnight. Door locks are damaged so U don't feel safe.
The wi-fi was inconsistent. A new TV had to be brought it coz mine didn't work.
I will not stay here again.
