Grand Hôtel TIMES Lévis

Great hotel right where we wanted to be. Originally booked thru Expedia with VIP perk free parking, but was told it was pay parking. Spoke with a second concierge and older gentleman who spoke English and says he corrected the error in their system. Je was also extremely friendly and acted as our bartender in the evening also. Great guy...big help in getting the parking sorted out.

Beautiful property. Rooms immaculate. Quiet and staff always pleasant. Not many spaces to park unless you pay for underground parking. Which is a challenge for large vehicles to maneuver in and out of but would be great for winter months.

Nice to stay at a Quebec owned enterprise instead of an international chain. Convenient to the highway and a short drive to the ferry to pop into Old Quebec City. Very large and comfortable room.

Chambre confortable et tres spacieuse

Although the hotel was empty they wouldn’t let us check in early. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Had to take a ferry to Quebec City.

I liked the modern decor, except for the excessive amount of “black/grey” walls in the rooms. I didn’t enjoy a comfortable “vibe” from this industrial design. Personally, I enjoy a little more color and brightness. The entrance to the hotel for parking was a little confusing. There was a restaurant/bar across the street that I didn’t venture to. I did enjoy live evening entertainment at the local park. A beautiful show of lights/music and dancing interwoven through out a man-made “geyser”! Highly recommend, but is seasonal.
Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay and would return. The next visit, I would love to take the ferry across to Quebec City.

every thing was ok but I found this hotel wasn't very familiar to deal with Expedia
First they charged us extra money for parking because we were booked by Expedia
Secondly didn't have me my receipt and told me get it from Expedia

The room was okay, but was very modern and only lit by task lighting that wasn't very good. Even hard to see your face in the mirror when shaving. The beds were good and the room was quiet and clean.
