Nice hotel
Pros:

It was nice place good location lot of restaurants and stores

Cons:

The only thing was the washroom wasn't that clean and room wasn't cleaned next day

Wouldn't recommend and too expensive for nothing
Cons:

They overbooked with not enough staff, the staff had a hard time finding reservations, therefore long line. It took 25 mins to check in! We were a family from Ontario so we wanted to rest and swim and unpack.
Finally after check in when we got to our room, it was confusing and dark. You need to keep your card in a holder by the door so the lights stay on, and we needed to call staff to help with the Murphy bed- turns out they have the access key but didn't notify us. So that took about 15 mins- just to get an employee to our room to set up a bed.
My son and I went to the pool and it was WAY over crowded, the pool said only 10 swimmers at a time, which is unfeasible since the hotel has 9 floors. There were 30+ people crammed in the pool
The staff were not friendly even though they were the ones that should be accommodating and apologetic.
We ate across the street at a delicious restaurant and checked out early. That was the best part, and the good night rest.

Le système de climatisation était vraiment très bruyant et ne pouvait pas être éteint. Proximité du train qui pouvait se faire entendre dans la chambre.

Pros:

Amazing room, but the air conditioning was very noisy all night long, so I didn’t sleep very well. When I woke up, I noticed three red marks on my bed. I’m concerned that the sheets may not have been changed after the previous guest.

Cons:

The staff didn't care about me, like Im a tourist, I don't know how things works. They didn't explain how the elevator works. Where was the pool. if I wanted breakfast. They didn't know nothing about any restaurant expected the delice.
