Le personnel nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec plaisir. La piscine était propre et les heures d'ouverture étaient bonnes. J'ai aussi vraiment apprécié avoir accès à un micro-ondes.

Cons:

Le système des cartes à puces est vraiment un aspect désagréable. Il est impossible de circuler dans l'hôtel sans avoir une carte, ce qui est encombrant. De plus, nous avions des amis sur une autre étage, mais nous ne pouvions pas aller les voir. De plus, je trouve que 17$ par jour pour le stationnement c'est beaucoup vu le prix du séjour. Finalement, la barrière dans le stationnement intérieur dans la pente pour pouvoir sortir est vraiment mal situé.

I didn’t like that the breakfast was literally toast and some fruit. I didn’t get the continental breakfast in the price of my stay so I went up to the desk and paid for two breakfasts which was $24 and all we got was toast. I also could have helped myself to the food and no one would’ve asked me to pay, but I’m an honest person so I did. But that is probably the only complaint that I have.

Très belle endroit et bien situé.
Pros:

Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de prendre part au déjeuner, même si nous étions au penthouse, notre déjeuner n'était pas fourni. Je dois dire que j'ai été surpris.

Cons:

Que le déjeuner ne soit pas fourni même si j'ai réservé dans la section penrhouse.

Très bel endroit et très beau séjour.

Cons:

Il manquait de serviettes à la chambre. On reserve pour 4 il serait bien d’avoir d’emblée 4 serviettes. Le tarif pour se stationner est élevé.
