Great staffs !!
Pros:

Staffs speak English well and they helped me a lot as local doesn’t speak English even some grab taxi drivers.
Walk distance to convenience store and few local easterlies.

Cons:

Building is new and clean but room is not cleaned properly for example shower head was broken, many garbage left under the bed, tile of the bathroom was slimy etc.) Wall is thin and I can hear all the noice/voice from the aisle.
