The room was clean
No iron in the room, bar fridge and microwave. I had to to reception area to iron

There was no fridge in my room I don't know why

Water was leaking through the shower door and the bin was not emptied.
The location is great, and the place is not too far from the office
If they can try and put a small carpet next to the bed. There's not much to watch on TV and the Wifi was on and off, not sure if it's the room I was in

Horrible customer service (unhelpful, offensive staff), super hot & noisy room, power outlets incompatible with universal chargers
1) motel is right next to a main road and regardless of time of day or night, I found it to be too loud & noisy;
2) in 30 to 40 centigrade weather, room had no fan nor AC. Upon requesting a fan, I was told that basic room booking included no fan and as such, none was available. I feel that it's unacceptable that such a BASIC necessity is not provided with a self-proclaimed 3-4 star dwelling.
3) super duper rude check-in receptionist. The black girl had sooo much attitude, she is simply unsuitable (in my opinion) for any customer service job in that basic manners and etiquette are lacking;
4) no bath towel was provided...suppose that was also a deluxe room feature;
5) half a roll of toilet paper was provided;
6) room had extra wide 3 round power switches; my universal adaptor was incompatible for these and guess what, power adaptors or usb ports were also considered deluxe room features...
7) arrived earlier in the day, sent in a special written request for a room in least noisy & most private area of hotel. Was assigned one close to reception area that offered neither privacy nor peace & quiet (despite it being a low season period and there being more staff than guests, as far as I could see)
9) no early check-in option is available at this place without having to pay pretty much an extra day's worth of room charge
10) no luggage storage is allowed
11) Poor / un-use-able wifi, had to use own mobile data plan
12) While I was away from the room, hotel staff went into my room. Moved my power bank (which was being charged) from bed to the clothing rack. Also unmade bed despite of my luggage still being in full display in the room & me not having checked out!c
