Pros:

The Hospitality. The ever smiling day shift Friendly receptionist. Loved the fact that we could choose between bathing and or showering. The apartment was very clean and neat. Wifi not too slow

Cons:

Some neighbours overstepping some boundaries and or breaching hotel policies etc. But we were sorted out ASAP.. as the night shift receptionist moved us to another room. Generally all in order

You won't regret yourself........
Pros:

Bed was so super comfortable and the surrounding is quiet despite being in CBD. Security is on another level. Quick response to any issues. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No shower caps. No gowns. Only tea with no cookies. No hotel dedicated car parks.

Clean and flexibly managed right near the CBD, this property offers a seamless check-in experience, though sleep quality
Pros:

Clean, flexible, and convenient—check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the location so close to the CBD is unbeatable.

Cons:

Paper-thin walls mean you hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the mandatory breakfast was an inconvenience due to its extremely limited, restrictive options and severe lack of fruit.

I was happy, despite the confusion with breakfast. - PLEASE DO NOT POST MY REVIEW NOTES
Pros:

The room was lovely and peaceful and the staff are always friendly.

Cons:

I was told on the night that I arrived that my booking includes breakfast and I was given all the breakfast times for the weekdays and the weekend and I was also told that all I need to do is present my room number to the breakfast staff. What she told me corresponded to info that I had previously received when I stayed here before and I vaguely remember seeing via booking.com that the booking included breakfast at R195, if I am not mistaken.

When I went for breakfast I was told that my booking is for the room only and I ended up paying R200 for breakfast. I stayed away from breakfast for the remainder of my stay.

I enjoy my stay here but this was a bit embarrassing.
