The place is well maintained, loved the lounge and open kitchen in 1st floor the house keeping staff were very friendly
Pros:

The location and its safety.

Cons:

The fact that i came across cockroaches on the foyer on two different days.. coming from the kitchen side was a turn off. I have even shown the receptionist

Pros:

Availability of hot water throughout the day.

Cons:

There are no carpets to step on when getting off the bed. It wasn't bad as it wasn't cold but for winter it may be a requirement.

Bar fridge as well for own drinks in the room is not available. Kitchen is far and I was at a different floor.

Pros:

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. What i especially love is the working space on the first floor. One can sit there the whole day to work, relax or even have meals there

Great breakaway, good location and nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location, breakfast and nice lady at reception

Cons:

Bed was unstable without a proper headboard and the room had just two pillows which were not enough. The staff was kind enough to provide 2 more pillows which were also not enough. Also no designated parking

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff. The property is value for money.
Pros:

Property was like the pictures with the room given being value for money.Booking included breakfast which was buffet(limited) but worth the price . There is a communal area where one can cook and play games or read, this section was fun for us. We liked the fact that you can switch to self catering with a spacious,fully supplied area

Cons:

Property did experience a problem with bottle water supply. Better preparation in future will assist with this.

Very good for the price
Pros:

For the price, this is a very decent hotel. In need of a refresh at some point, but the staff were super friendly. Had the feeling of a community, more than a hotel, and Fefe and his team did everything possible to make guests feel at home.

Cons:

Some elements are a bit frayed. There was a coffee machine in our room but no pods. Some of the rooms are hot, but the ones with aircon are decent.
