Staff are all lovely, interactions with them were always pleasant. They’ll go out of their way to assist and accommodate

We were disappointed shame, I’m not even joking.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay-ish. There wasn’t that much fruit, there was only one flavour of juice available, and there was no water available on the buffet (why that is, beats me). Would have loved to have the option of a plain croissant or another type of pastry.

Cons:

My room was for two people right. When we got to the room there was no bottle of water to drink from. We were thirsty the whole night. And the towels, how could you have one towel when there are two guests in the room??? I don’t even wanna talk about the leaking tap situation.

decent budget hotel for 1 night stay. but wouldnt vacation here
Pros:

Overall for the price I paid (900 Rand), it was not bad. Room was clean, had AC and I ultimately slept well. Breakfast was ok. Felt safe. But I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1 night. Location is decent if you need to be downtown, but not a redeeming place if you are on vacation.

Cons:

But room is very small (there are larger options available I believe) bathroom is right in the room basically(sliding door). No window (it is there ans small but covered in frosted paper so cannot look out. Elevator is slow.
Main two issues 1. door in hall leading to stairs have strong springs so they are slamming when people use the stairs. This could be fixed. 2. I booked the Neighbourgood hotel because I thought they have a coworking space, but this one seemingly does not which was disappointing. There is a common area which was okay for some light work, but not a place I would spend the whole day.
