Clean and comfortable. Wonderful and friendly staff. Plenty of undercover parking.
Breakfast is good but has no variety. Same on both days and same as when we were down the last time. Pasties were stale and leftovers from previous day when they had a high tea from a function. The toaster had broken and no attempt to even get a small one as replacement. Supper at the restaurant for my choices were disappointing. Three times unlucky for me with food not prepared properly and I had to escalate to management. My son however had good meals. Believe another diner had also complained but think it is a specific chef that is an issue who screams at the waiters and his kitchen staff. We could hear this and last time when I returned my meals. Previius, my calamari was over salty, same washed and resent back whichbibdidnt eat. Beer batter fish was limp and soggy. Meat balls this time were raw and returned but cooked second time but why must we advise this. Other matters like wet bedding that were replaced after asking twice. Lovely and clean but after two stays dont think we will be returning.

I like that I was able to choose the food I liked to eat. It was nicely presented. I was able to dish up for myself and even repeat my favorite dish. The standard of buffer breakfast was met.
I loved everything however I suggest that you install or build a pool or jacuzzi. The location is nice and everything is great but a pool or jacuzzi could add that taste to the hotel. Especially at the roof top where visitors can swim while looking at the beach. Taking nice pictures. Install pool seats as well to add that feel and touch to the place.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly🥰 . The room was very neat and clean and the sea view is attractive😍 .
The Dstv was not working whole weekend😔no welcoming biscuits in the room🤦. Chef could not make us omelet @breakfast we were told we will be charged extra for it. 🤔🙄

You book a room with a sea view, then at night there is a light as bright as the sun on your outside balcony. How are you supposed to enjoy the sea view when blinded by s spotlight. And it stays all night so you can only sleep with the blockouts drawn.
Include American Express for Payments as it was not mentioned that its not catered for payments and also the Airconditioner for heat
