Pros:

Sehr schöner Poolbereich am Dach mit Poolbar und Restaurant. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Frühstück war top :)

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind sehr klein, aber sehr sauber. Leider auch kein Fenster für frische Luft.

Position and staff.

Cons:

Firstly the room was one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t even fit the two big cases in it and when sitting at dressing table you can’t pass. Smaller than a London hotel room- not at all good for SA.
Secondly I have bad knees and had to slide down the pool steps on my bottom- extremely embarrassing . Also there was a man who had had a stroke and he had to do the same. You certainly would need a good handrail for the stairs and also to enter and exit the pool.
Our breakfast was Luke warm that we couldn’t eat it all. Not good.

Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Plettenberg Bay. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ist super.

It didn’t live up to what I expected from a 4 star hotel which was expensive by South African standards.

it was okay - but will not book again for a business stay and also not for a personal stay/ holiday

Central Location and Easy Access

Cons:

The room was excessively small.
It was very loud and noisy with other guests - felt more like a hostel/ commune facility with the noise level until very late hours at night.

Pros:

The process of booking in was quick and efficient! Loved it. Beautiful views and a lovely breakfast overlooking the ocean. Loved our dinner at the restaurant as well - service also amazing

Pros:

-Wir hatten das günstige Zimmer (Economy) gebucht.
-Frühstück auf der Dachterasse mit schönen Ausblick.
- sehr großes Hotel(Kette)

Cons:

-Kellerasselfeeling befindet sich im „underground“
-Parkplatz zwar gesichert, kostet jedoch extra.
-Zimmer super klein, für zwei Personen schwierig die Koffer unterzubringen.
- Frühstück: uns wurde am letzten Tag mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück auf Menü (kostenpflichtig) included ist, war etwas blöd, da wir bereits mit dem Frühstück fertig waren.
