Could have been a better stay. Please check the rooms in advance to make sure the rooms are fully equipped
Pros:

The apartment was almost adequate. The staff were very friendly

Cons:

We didn’t have ice bucket and it took over an hour to get our room service delivered, this is after trying to get to the room service after another hour. Had to call multiple times.

Pros:

The location was great! Very convenient. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and flexible. Comfortable bedrooms.

Cons:

The 2 staff at the front desk were not friendly. We didn’t receive a warm welcome or personable conversations thereafter. Some of the cutlery/crockery in the apartment was dirty, broken knives, sofa was worn out with faded and cracked leather and some of the fittings in the bathroom were dusty. The lock on the apartment door didn’t work, so we couldn’t lock the door from the inside. I expected a lot more from my stay.
