Quartos novos, porém estado de conservação e limpeza aquém do esperado. Nos pareceu um grande investimento inicial na construção, porém sem manutenção adequada. Ademais, não tivemos bom atendimento e o restaurante deixou muito a desejar.

We were told to request a refund from Booking.com since the hotel had to downgrade us because they said they were overbooked. We ended up sleeping in a very small room by reception desk for which its rate it was far below what we paid at booking.com. Please verify this with them. Kindly process refund as soonest.
so the overlooking caused us to have to wait for over 2 hours for them to allocate a substitute room to us. They even wanted to send us to a neighbouring Boutique Hotel at some point.
Anfani exceptional, from staff to hygiene not only inside the rooms even on the outside. The chef also knows exactly what they're doing 👌🏾 🙌🏼

We had a fantastic stay at Anfani Hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with Italian designer furniture. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, featuring high-quality products, including bath salts. Secure parking was also available, which was a great plus.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was a personalized and delightful experience.
Overall, a perfect stay – highly recommended!

The Boutique Hotel is fairly very new, and the location is perfect for travelers. The food was amazing, for both dinner and breakfast on the days I managed to eat. I was unfortunately sick during our stay, and I would like to express my gratitude to the chef who used to make soft porridge for me every morning as I couldn't eat much on the first few days. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also met a lovely lady who served us her surname is Mrs Komani. Thank you for your hospitality.
There was a lot of noise from other rooms, this can be attributable to the season and timing for the NYE. We also experienced our room not being cleaned on time even upon specific request, this added some frustration at times we needed rest. There are not enough patrons to serve for breakfast/ dinner/ in room dining as a result meals took a lot of time to be served. The Parking is extremely small and accidents in the parking are likely to occur. In some evenings we had to park outside the hotel yard.
No waste bin in the room
The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with wonderful and cohesive designs. If I were to rate it on appearance alone, it would receive a high score.
My goodness the service is one of the worst I have experienced in all my travels. At check in, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for over an hour for them to prepare it. They only have one chef of duty to prepare breakfast (for all guests) on request. We waited almost two hours to have our breakfast served to us. Our room was not made up after returning from a long day out. The long and short of it is to not have any expectations at all, in fact have them as long as possible. Quite disappointing really.
The location of the property, its within close proximity to everything. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is everything a person could ever dream of, it’s clean and everything is in abundance
