Comfortable and had air conditioning which was great.Beds lovely and even offered an upgrade.
Walking distance to everywhere!
Beach,shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I had the fish and chips dinner in the hotel restaurant and it wasn't great.Frozen peas not mushy.I just ate some fish and left the rest.
Disappointing as always like fish for dinner by the seaside.
When we checked in on Saturday was told breakfast was at 7-11 but they neglected to tell me.That Mondays breakfast was at 7-10.
So I missed my paid for breakfast and had to buy something to eat else where before I headed off on my train.I was very disappointed and the staff didn't seem to care either way.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Got early check as room was ready which was a bonus, lovely staff throughout the hotel.
Stayed at many hotels in Brighton I think this is my favourite and will definitely be booking again.
