Excellent city hotel - New facilities and comfortable
Pros:

This hotel is excellent - very new, very clean and beds and super comfortable.
It is also great value for money.
Will come back again when I visit Manchester.

Short stay
Pros:

The fact that one member of the staff was able to sort out my problem, and knew exactly what to do. The other two ladies showed no initiative and no willingness to help, until I told them what could and should be done.

Cons:

Passivity, complacent attitude at the reception. As a guest, I expected real help.

Very comfortable stay. The staff are very friendly and checking in and out was very quick.
Pros:

The hotel is very modern, clean and in an excellent location to the city centre.

Cons:

Further down the property the location (heading away from the city centre) is slightly in a rough area but the property itself is faultless
