Very enjoyable stay with good disabled facilities.
Pros:

This property is in an excellent location in the centre of Glasgow. It has a good vibe from the minute you enter the foyer. The staff are so helpful. I have stayed here before and on all occasions, including the bathroom, have been exceptionally clean. The facilities are very good although the room is basic. it was quiet.
I had a disabled access room and it was very well equipped and comfortable. I paid extra for breakfast and this was very reasonable and enjoyable.

Cons:

It is hard to find something I didn’t like about my stay.

I booked the room for the mirror with the lights and it didn’t work I phoned maintenance and no one came up to see what was wrong

Pros:

Amazing, the staff were so welcoming and friendly! The rooms were perfect for our stay, the facilities were brilliant it’s almost like a one stop shop! It has everything and a great location too! Highly recommend

Great location at a great price

Very convenient and very comfortable
Pros:

Loved the location, also the staff were exceptionally friendly and it was really useful having the social area, bar and restaurant on site

Cons:

Lack of nearby parking was annoying. There was nowhere to stop and drop off luggage on arrival so we drove around for ages in the dark and ended up paying £8.50 for an hours parking when we only needed 10 mins really. And for longer term parking for our 3 day stay, We found parking through the parking apps in the end but it would be helpful to have some suggested options listed on the website, or by staff but there wasn’t any forthcoming advice,

Amazing place.
Pros:

Amazing location, wonderful helpful happy staff. Lovely food and cocktails. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We can't wait to find an excuse to stay again. Many thanks to the staff who were so helpful and nice.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would make it perfect
