New age hotel with good breakfast, good vibe and affordable pricing
Pros:

The vibe was really good, the staff were all friendly the rate of the room was very good to what you got.

I loved the stay

The breakfast had everything you needed and the location was in walkable distance to everything

Cons:

Also not much to dislike - maybe have more options other than an americano on the coffee machine in the hot desk area?

Great for anything other than sleeping.
Pros:

Common areas in good condition, plenty of tables and seating options in the reception. The room had good storage options, plenty of sockets including 4 built into the bed itself. TV was easy to connect too and WiFi was stable throughout the hotel. Shower was excellent with very good pressure, good toiletries provided unless strong scents/essential oils are an issue for you.

Cons:

The bed was so firm it made side sleeping impossible, I achieved less than an hour of sleep and zero minutes of deep sleep according to my Fitbit. The pillows offered zero neck support further compounding the problem.

Pros:

Great location, pleasant ambiance, hardworking helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Only one bedside table & socket in double room? Odd basin outside bathroom.
Security was slightly concerning.
