Pros:

The beds, comfortable, plenty of room, good pillows.
Products in shower were lovely, not so sure about the sink being outside of there though, nice room.
The reception staff, pleasant and welcoming.

Cons:

The rooftop bar refused a table for 11 who had been celebrating a family members graduation.

3rd stay here.
Pros:

3rd stay here very comfortable bed. Fantastic shower and toiletries.
Very good value for money.
Great location.

Cons:

No interaction with staff at check in as it is all automated.
Fire alarm went off at 6am not a great start to the day.
The desk light wouldn't work.
