1. Housekeeping is provided once a week for those staying 14 nights or longer
2. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
3. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).
4. Cancellation policies may differ according to the selected room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and conditions. Questions? Get in touch with us!
5. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings, will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
6. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
7. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
8. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
9. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.

Convenient and chilled place to stay in central Glasgow
Pros:

Great location, relaxed vibe. Easy check in/out.

Using the property as a hotel offers a unique experience compared to other hotels. The property is always a daytime mix of students and businesses working or studying. While the evening provides a more relaxed setting especially at the bar.

Cons:

Being really picky here. No ironing in the room.

Friendly and comfortable environment
Pros:

Great location. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Rooms supplied with extra amenities such as coffee, tea, water, shampoo, lotion, etc.

Cons:

Lighting was a little tricky so get some tips on how it works.

Pros:

The facilities were amazing, great gym, amazing breakfast, good restaurant on rooftop, nice room with good details, we had an early Check-in because of the guy checking us in moved things around a little, love it.
Relaxed atmosphere everywhere

Cons:

Not everything in the room was functioning, like a socket and a lamp. But nothing we couldn't work around.

Definitely worth the money if you are staying in Glasgow and ok with walking about 15 minutes away from the central city
Pros:

Everything was clean. Free laundry was a huge bonus. The breakfast buffet was worth the money in my opinion. Every staff member was kind and welcoming.

Cons:

This might just be me but I found it to be very noisy. Housekeeping staff were slamming doors and knocking around 815-830am. For someone trying to sleep in it can be annoying. I could also hear others in their rooms playing the tv and slamming doors all night long .
