Very disappointing room and bathroom would not return
Pros:

Location and breakfast very good

Cons:

Exec room was tiny !
Bathroom tiny & no wardrobe space
Only one chair so we both couldn’t sit to have a drink

Pros:

Ottima posizione, colazione e staff gentile. Check in e check out molto veloce.

Cons:

Unica pecca è che mi hanno dato una camera con accesso per disabili dove il lavandino era molto basso. In ogni caso non ha rovinato il mio soggiorno.

Simple, contemporary hotel
Pros:

Modern, clean, safe.

Cons:

Could hear people walking around in room above me at 5am banging doors etc for about an hour. Room sound proofed from the outside but not from the room above.

A birthday trip which was made even better by staying at this great hotel

Splendid hotel with super friendly staff
Pros:

The views were amazing, we were given a room facing the city and an old church so nice. The bed was super comfortable. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The Liverpool station was walking distance and so nice for shopping too. Special thanks to reception staff ( Mr Omar) for his kind help and support throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room was smaller than what it looked liked in the photo. There was no fridge.

Verzorgd hotel buiten de drukte van het centrum maar toch vlot bereikbaar.
Pros:

Zeer verzorgd hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooi en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Comfortabele kamers zonder geluidslast van buiten. Propere en nette badkamer. Het was ook geen enkel probleem om onze bagage zowel voor het inchecken als na het uitchecken nog in bewaring te geven, zodat we die dagen gerust konden rondlopen zonder bagage.

Cons:

De kamer was wel wat kleiner dan de foto deed vermoeden. We hadden ook een "double" besteld, wat volgens de omschrijving een groot 2-persoonsbed was. Onze kamer had 1 2-persoonsbed dat denk ik eerder een "twijfelaar" was (140 of 150 cm breed) plus 1 extra 1-persoonsbed. We hebben dus apart geslapen want we zijn gewoon om in een bed van 180cm te slapen. Ook was het bed geen 200 cm lang maar slecht 190cm, mijn voeten staken er serieus uit. Maar ik denk dat ze geen groter bed kunnen zetten in die komen ivm de ruimte. Heb uiteindelijk wel goed geslapen.

Pros:

Sweet and pleasant hotel, clean, stylish and feels new. You self-check in yourself and the staff helps out, it's fast and easy don't worry about it. The room looked like the picture, and it was quiet at night.

Cons:

You need to walk a couple of minutes to the bus or tube, if you're not a walking person you should take that in count, and see if there's a good transportation to where you're heading to in London.
Not a breaking point but the pillows were very high for us ,it would've been nice if there was a high and medium pillow for the small people among us:)
