Really clean and friendly staff. I was upgraded unexpectedly to a better room on arrival which was a real treat.
Camera molto bella e funzionale
Bottiglia d’acqua tutti i giorni in camera ed inoltre biscotti e bevande calde a disposizione.
Ottima posizione con la metropolitana nelle strette vicinanze.

La sala colazione era male organizzata nel senso che noi che eravamo 3 persone abbiamo fatto molta fatica a trovare un tavolo dove mangiare insieme perché la persona che gestiva i tavoli non era molto efficiente e permetteva a una o due persone di occupare un tavolo da 4 o più persone

החדר עצמו מאוד צפוף, קשה לעבור למיטה
במהלך הניקיונות איבדו לי את אחת הנעליים, לא קיבלתי נעל חדשה/פיצוי כספי ונאלצתי לזרוק את הנעל לפח. לא קיבלנו עזרה מספקת מהצוות.
בנוסף שלחתי להם הודעה בבוקינג במהלך השהות וקיבלתי מענה מאוחר מדי כשכבר עשיתי צק אאוט.
Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is great! Very lively area with many great restaurants & bars, loved to spend the evenings there.
Staff wasn’t very engaged / happy to help with requests.

Everything was fine for the room and staff were nice!
Unfortunately I need to adivse, the air conditioning was incredibly loud and/or had an issue which sounded like a loud washing machine in the ceiling. Also the bathroom sink was too small and no room to place toiletries on top.

I thought the location was great and fitted in with our travel plans. The hotel was very clean and staff helpful.
We had to change rooms. I had booked a deluxe room and the first one we were given was much smaller than others and did not have a comfortable chair or table. It did not feel like a "deluxe" room. The staff were very accommodating when I asked about the rooms and said that they thought this was a "room I would like". Not sure why they thought that ! We were consequently moved to a slightly larger room along the corridor . Not sure why we weren't given what was clearly a "better' room in the first place.
Good location near public transport and great restaurants nearby.
Room was spacious, but possibly because it was a room for people with mobility issues.
The room is advertised as having an inner courtyard view! However this is a fancy way of saying you'll be looking at a wall 4ft from your window, I stayed in the 6th floor and it was close enough that I couldn't see the ground nor the sky.
Uncomfortable mattress in need of replacing as you could feel the bumps of being used.
Great location. The lobby is nicely designed. Very comfortable beds and reasonable sized rooms for a competitive price.
