Pros:

Nice gym area and nice breakfast. The hotel is clean. Food is good even for lunch

Cons:

Concierge not really helpful, they should be more on the job instead they mind their business, not a 4 star service at all. Rooms are tiny, not a 4 star hotel room.

Would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was well located, it was near lots of different places to eat and was also close to the nearby train station.
It had everything we needed for our short stay. We were also able to leave our luggage securely at the hotel while we went and did more shopping which was amazingly helpful!

Colazione tipica inglese non paragonabile a quelle servite negli hotel a 4 stelle italiani.

Cons:

Camera piccola per 3 adulti con 1 letto matrimoniale e uno singolo anche se comodi lasciavano poco spazio a muoversi. Camera senza frigo bar e in periodo estivo ad agosto con acqua nelle bottigliette offerte praticamente a temperatura ambiente anche se la stanza era condizionata. Può vivibile durante il giorno buona solo per dormire.
