Dennis and Andy were wonderful. Excellent breakfast buffet, wonderful travel advice for the Isle of Skye and environs.

Breakfast menu variety good. Parking good. Quiet. Room small but clean and good bed. Not a walkable location. Single lane road to get there. Grocery a mile or so away but no restaurants. Have to drive 4 miles on a single lane road to another little town.

Breakfast had a varied of choices and was fresh. There was plenty of parking spaces and was safe.
Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Very glad that we chose the Tingle Creek Hotel. A small family run hotel that does everything right. From the warm welcome from the owner to the amazing breakfast with a view of the seaside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are stocked with everything you need. This was an excellent spot to stay during our tour of the Isle of Skye. The owner was very happy to provide us with a map and some tips for visiting Skye. Thank you!!

A great location with a fantastic view. A short drive to Kyle/Plockton for some great meals. A short drive to reach the Skye bridge.

This lovely remote B&B was located on a scenic hilltop in Kyle of Lochalsh, which is just on the other side of the bridge to Skye. Be advised it can be difficult finding restaurants that are open for dinner at the end of September in this area. Pre-booking is advised. This establishment has a lovely large lounge and dining area that can be used to eat carried-out food and serves a full hot breakfast including eggs & sausage. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and cozy with a nice soft mattress and a bathtub for soaking weary muscles.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and comfortable facilities.

While our room was clean and nice, like a boutique hotel room, the main guest area is where we hung out when at the hotel. It is really a standout, the pictures don’t quite do it justice.

However, the staff is what makes this place exceptional. We were here during a bad storm, and the area lost power. We were stressed a bit, but the staff just made us feel taken care of and safe.

If you want to visit the Isle of Skye, and you know what that entails, this hotel is an easy pick.

About 6 minutes drive from bridge to the Skye. Breakfast is excellent

It has a great view of the ocean and the property owners were extremely helpful.

This little hotel has so much going for it, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet and safe location. I would have loved to have given 5 stars, and would have except for one thing that desperately needs to be addressed, the mattress! The mattress on the bed felt and sounded at least 25 years old or more, resulting in a terrible nights sleep. Management, please invest in new a new mattress!

Beautiful views of sunset

Such a cute and cozy place to stay with great views. We stayed 2 nights here. The rooms we had were 2 twin beds. I needed 2 rooms. My only complaint was the smell. I'm not sure if it was a scent or mustiness but I was very sensitive to it.

Breakfast was ok. It was packaged croissants, cereal and yoghurt and a bowl of fresh fruit. There was not a lot of options for those of us that are gluten and dairy sensitive. Coffee was also a drip so no options for lattes with non dairy milk.

The host was sweet and would ask our plans and give advice on the local attractions. The skye bridge is a mere 10 minutes away but it's a good hour drive to Portree.

Lovely room and common area. Staff were pleasant. Location and surrounding area were beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful location. Only issue would be one has to drive to dinner. It was only 5 minutes but if you want to have a couple of pints with dinner, may be an issue. Having said that, we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property next to the ocean and located a short distance to Skye. Kind hosts who provided a delicious breakfast and sightseeing advice.

The highlight of our stay in this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and accomodating. And went out of their way to make sure we were having a pleasnt stay. The womderful breakfast and beautiful views were a nice bonus too.
