Pros:

Good location and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious too. Great communication from staff and very helpful.

Cons:

Self checkin-in from 8pm was a little inconvenient for us, a later check-in would have been preferred.

As always, an excellent boutique stay in Fitzrovia.
Pros:

Always spotless, nice touches, superb location for me working in Marylebone. Great staff.

Cons:

Nothing much - the water in room 4 isn't as hot as the others so may benefit from a quick check (normally piping hot).

Agréable pour un petit séjour mais rapport qualité/prix très moyen
Pros:

Le personnel réactif accommodant et agréable (WhatsApp, possibilité de laisser nos valises après le check out, le sourire). L’emplacement très pratique et quartier sympa. Le lit et la literie vraiment très confortables. Le café/thé à disposition. La déco cosy, l’impression d’être dans une maison londonienne

Cons:

A ce prix, ces détails n’ont pas leur place : peinture au plafond qui se décolle, eau tiède le troisième soir, très mal isolés donc nous entendions les pas du voisin du dessus tard le soir et tôt le matin (=difficulté à dormir, très désagréable pour notre voyage détente en couple), peu d’aération dans la salle de bain donc buée/humidité dans la chambre, rideau cassé. Chambre très petite (peut être que ce n’était que la nôtre)

Great location - great hotel - would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Great location. Clean and excellent facilities in the room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything had a prcie tag on it so was not sure what was complimentary and what we would be charged for at the end of our stay - could be slightly better explained. Other than that was a lovely hotel.
