We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Dinner both nights was excellent and the staff couldn't have been friendlier.

Really nice 2 day stay. Room was very spacious and the bed was huge! Food in the restaurant was delicious so we are their both nights. Breakfast was also very good.
Last minute booking to join some friends for the weekend and was a lovely surprise. Room was great, food was great, service was great and amazing value for money.
I think the food is worthy of special mention the breakfast in particular was tremendous.
All together a great place for a short stay and you can even take the dog without feeling you’re the odd one out.
Lovely warm welcome and nothing too much trouble, great room and facilities, beautiful location in the countryside but close to good travel links, definitely recommend for business or pleasure
We arrived at just after 6pm after an extremley long drive to be told the chef had finished for the evening and the bar would be closing at 8pm. We were told to go to the nearest village for a meal,which was 2 miles away.When we got there we found that nowwhere was open to purchase food except a convience store.

Nice country pub in a Yorkshire village. Very friendly and helpful staff and great food and drink made it an excellent choice for an overnight stay in that area.
Stayed for one night following a visit to nearby masham to do the brewery tour at Black sheep (well worth a visit). Hosts very welcoming and lovely bar with extremly good restaurant the food was the star of the visit. Rooms are a bit dated especially the bathrooms but everything was very clean, comfortable and worked well so just get nostalgic about pink bathroom tyles and youll be very happy. Thank you for a lovely stay.
