Good location ample parking very clean
Need stronger fans ones in room don’t really do anything especially on top floors
We had a family party booked so the location was great. Prices were reasonable and the food, although limited was hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly (a tad inexperienced) but everyone needs to learn somewhere
I agree with many of the reviews. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. The room was very hot and despite the fans was still uncomfortable. On saying that, we had just experienced the hottest week of the year with record temperatures 🌡. It would be preferable to have decent milk and coffee in the room, however the costa 2 mins walk away can sort anyone's needs
The property was an ideal location for a function that we were attending
No breakfast facilities, stair were very narrow and difficult to navigate with bags

Receptionist was very friendly. On site parking. Plenty of electric & usb sockets good first impression
Everything in the room was dusty, as was the bathroom the towel rail especially. Not good if you have allergies. Think the room had been made up a while but wasn’t checked prior to occupation. Only one bedside table for a double room,.
We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at Reception and even though we were early we were able to use the car park and check into our room as it was ready. The room was a ground floor suite with plenty of space, tea and coffee and a big bathroom. There is no served breakfast however there is a co-op nearby which sells breakfast goods (& several cafes within a two minute walk) and the hotel has a smart self service dining area on the ground floor with plates, cutlery, microwave, etc. available so we used the tables and chairs and had a very nice breakfast there. The hotel is very good value for money, clean, smart and friendly.
There was nothing about it that we did not like..we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

The bed had a very cheap mattress on it. Some of the lighting didn't work.
Modern with parking ok, but lack of disabled bays.
