Pros:

Unfortunately the rooms were extremely poor.

Cons:

The room was unclean dust everywhere to the point I had to clean it myself, and the kettle clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was urine all over the toilet seat and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was clean and be suite bathroom very nice.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, so you could hear a lot of noise. We had a very disruptive night as people in Room 21 were arguing for 2 hours on the stair case outside our room.

Would be nice to have decent tea bags in individual sealed wrapping.

Another brilliant stay at the ritz.
Pros:

Room was very clean with all amenities including coffee & bottled water , location is very convenient. Very friendly staff and professional! There is parking at location .which is brilliant!

Cons:

A bit noisy as the room was looking out to the streets. The steep stairs going to the room .

Works Do at the Ritz
Pros:

Nice big room lovely power shower good Internet and very welcoming staff

Cons:

We had, a works do where it was a buffet was not impressed by the quantity of food allowed to have considering the price not impressed thought it was, all you can it oh well. Should be for the price we paid each as well

Comfortable room, perfect for attending Christmas party night at the complex
Pros:

Very welcoming staff. Room warm & comfortable. Plenty of tea bags and milk in room. Quiet room, slept well, didn’t hear any noise at all. Nice hot shower.

Cons:

Room was a little too warm but heat coming from towel rail in bathroom so shut bathroom door and room temperature was much better for sleeping.

Fitted the bill for a one night business stay. Will use again, if work takes me there
