Clean, the bus stop is in front of the hotel to get from/to Heathrow terminal 5.
Breakfast
No water in the night and none of the complementary drinks not worked, no light in the lift and lift not worked next day. No heating in the room

In 2 days, the team was unable to resolve internet connectivity issues with the TV set, and because of that, I was unable to enjoy YouTube and Netflix on a wider screen. I reckon repairs had been long overdue and overlooked
The facilities were amazing, the staff go above and beyond. There was cucumber, mint and lemon balm water made fresh in the foyer - which I loved. The room was very spacious and decorated well, it's cozy and modern and i will definitely stay again when I travel via Heathrow.
