Excellent Hotel near to Terminal 5 at Heathrow.
Pros:

Just a one night stay before flying from Heathrow the next morning. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Nice room and en-suite all very clean. Shuttle to airport that stopped right outside the hotel door was a real bonus.

Cons:

Couldn't fault our stay.

Great for Heathrow and parking
Pros:

Great location for Heathrow with parking for duration of holiday in their underground car park at £15 per night. The accomodation was basic, but clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

Google Maps, Waze etc. were unable to correctly locate.

Practical and good value for money
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities. The room was secured by a pass protected lock.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't quite meet the same standard. It was very basic and I could not get the water to warm despite the warning that the water could be very hot.

Cons:

Too loud air ventilation.
Problematic entrance to car-park behind hotel when car-park under hotel is full.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs were not identificable. It was just ligh yellow mass.

Convenient location and budget, ok hotel
Pros:

Renovated modern hotel, nice entrance and parking. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room temperature was controlled by central and couldn’t adjust, so it was too cold. Water temperature was also not warm enough, the temperature didn’t change even if I turned the tab right or left. The room was spacious, but I’ve found my baggage got animal hair everywhere, which was disgusting. Lastly, I’ve requested front desk sending receipt by email, 3 times, when checking in, and during stay, and checking out, but still I’m waiting the receipt after check out…

Pros:

Very convenient location and a nice hotel. However it was cold and the room heating didnt work. Luckily reception had a portable heater which we used overnight which made it warmer. Also be aware there is a separate charge of £15 to park your car there overnight.
