Very good location and excellent value for money
Pros:

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good TV and kettle. Underground car park had plenty of spaces.

Cons:

Only one pillow each, which was rather lumpy - our only negative comment.

Perfect stay prior to an early flight from Heathrow
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet, clean, friendly and very easy access to Heathrow airport with safe parking overnight. Perfect stay before an early morning flight. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Would be nice to have an extra pillow available, rather than just 1.

Pros:

The hotel looks very modern inside. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower water was nice and hot with good pressure. The room was very clean and had an updated appeal. The staff were very helpful and polite!

Cons:

The location could have been better, though it's not terrible if all you plan to do is sleep there for a night or two. The bed did not have enough covering, and the lack of a full mattress sheet revealed a mattress top that looked like it could use replacing. But again, the bed was very comfortable. So the discrepancy was easy to overlook for a night.
