Pros:

Locația foarte bună, centrala, aproape de metrou, atracții și magazine.

Cons:

Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, chiuveta era înfundată, iar pe jos lângă pat am găsit o ață dentară cu mâner. Am încercat să luăm legătura cu proprietatea, dar nu au mai răspuns. Am fost cam dezamăgiți din acest punct de vedere. Noi am închiriat 3 camere, dintre care, a noastră, camera G04, nu a avut ventilator și nici adaptoare pentru prize. Geamul din camera se deschidea cam 15 cm și avea vedere la o curte interioară unde funcționau AC care băgau căldura în cameră. De asemenea, capul de duș era fix, nu era mobil, fiind foarte inconfortabil.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in London.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, and the bathroom was a little small. However, these were only minor inconveniences and did not affect our overall stay.

Cons:

Found a flea in the carpet. Repair work had left the hotel entrance in a rather haphazard state. The shower could have been cleaner, and there was a brown stain on the window frame. The window also couldn’t be opened fully.

Great stay in Kensington
Pros:

A lovely little hotel in Kensington, really conveniently located and with lots of amenities nearby. I booked the AC room which was welcome in August. The room had all I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had excellent communication from the check in team - I had luggage and the lockers were full, so I was able to check in early for a small fee, which was really appreciated! My third time staying in a Bob W and I probably will again!

Cons:

I would say there isn’t enough locker space for such a large hotel. The shower is also very small, even for a compact room.

C'est la loterie pour les chambres (une très bien, une très sale)

Une des chambres était bien et les espaces communs aussi

Cons:

Une des 2 chambres était très sale car la moquette extremement tachée. On ne peut pas proposer cette chambre qui est très sale surtout quand on le sait. On attend toujours un dédommagement. On leur a laissé environ 1000 euros.
Ne vous fiez pas aux photos des chambres, ils ne les montrent pas toutes. Oui il y a une très belle chambre mais les autres ...

Cons:

No reception, everything is online and it’s hard to reach someone when there’s a problem. Rooms and corridors are not ventilated. It was extremely hot in the rooms. Couldn’t sleep at all!

The location. The room and TV are good too.

Cons:

There was no housekeeping and no hot water despite mentioning this issue to a member of staff twice.

The floors in the corridor were dirty.

I have stayed at this property several times and very much enjoyed my stay. This was prior to management changed.

I was disappointed. This stay was not value for money. Please bring back Wes & co, plus the breakfast.
