Muy bien
Pros:

La ubicación, el barrio, la tranquilidad.. Todo estuvo muy bien! Muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Cons:

Estaría genial que en la habitación pongan un mini frigorífico. Quizás un poco pequeño, pero para una pareja suficiente, solamente lo usamos para dormir

Ottima posizione, a Kensington, ben collegata, bel quartiere. Il gestore risponde prontamente on-line.

Cons:

Colazione solo in un bar a dieci minuti di distanza a piedi, e solo dopo le otto di mattina, di qualità scadente. Problemi con il check-in on-line, ripetuto tre volte, e con la prenotazione della colazione.

Cheap for the area - but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Great location and a good size of room for the area, good internet.

Cons:

The beds are fairly broken, there is no staff in the building except cleaners - The lounge areas are full of guests who have checked out and are sleeping on them so you can’t use the areas to relax or work.

Erg fijne, rustige buurt en keurige kamer voorzien van alle basis behoeften.
Pros:

Hele rustige buurt, maar wel binnen 5 minuten van de metro. Goede WiFi en ook al heb je geen receptie of personeel onsite, de communicatie was prima. Het werken met de codes voor toegang ging ook probleemloos.

Funcional y bien situado
Pros:

Muy bien situado cerca de una parada de metro( 5 minutos, Gloucester Riad)
Hotel muy funcional y muy limpio

Cons:

Aunque no es ningun punto negativo, no hay personal por si tuvieras algún contratiempo

Buena ubicación, pero habitación decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel era buena y cómoda para visitar Londres.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y tanto las paredes como las mantas tenían manchas y marcas de desgaste que daban una sensación de poca limpieza. El baño tampoco transmitía una buena impresión, debido a las manchas y marcas del suelo. Aunque no podemos asegurar que las mantas no estuvieran limpias, su aspecto no resultaba agradable. Además, no sabíamos que la limpieza diaria se cobraba aparte y que solo se ofrecía de lunes a viernes. Tampoco nos cambiaban las toallas. Consideramos que estas condiciones y el estado de la habitación deberían explicarse mejor antes de reservar. Si hubiéramos sabido cómo era la habitación, probablemente habríamos elegido otro hotel.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Really nice place and concept in the middle of the posh Kensington. Room was clean, comfy bed supplies are available when you run out. Gloucester Rd station is just around the corner where you can take Piccadilly Line to the City. The famous museum are walking distance and the Kensington garden too. Stayed for 3 nights.

Great find, I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a short stay in a central location with really modern, well equipped room
Pros:

Very modern, compact (without feeling small), great location, everything I needed. Central location around restaurants and close to the tube.

bien ubicado, buen barrio, servicio correcto
Pros:

la ubicacion es muy buena, cerca del subterraneo o metro, el barrio es muy bonito y tranquilo, no tiene ruidos, la habitación es adecuada

Cons:

un poco chica la habitacion, pero es lo que contraté, le falta una caja de seguridad y mejor placard o lugar para acomodar la ropa.
