Staff are very nice and helpful here! Get a pizza while you’re there, you will be glad you did!

Lovely hotel but breakfast a bit disappointing compared to other similar hotels we have stayed in

What a gorgeous hotel! Perfect after a long stressful day of driving! We loved the hot tub outside and breakfast and dinner were both very good.

Limited tv channels. No sky tv

Staff super friendly and professional. The access was easy including the spa, and nothing was too much trouble

Our rwo night stay at The Manor was refreshing. I particularly enjoyed a swim morning and evening.
There was a problem though with shower gel/hand soap and shampoo dispensers in bith the pool area and ensuite. It was almost impossible to obtain more than one drop at each push.
We found nail clippings on our bedroom carpet.
Also, the bathroom mirror was in an alcove and too distant to be of and use when required for shaving or dental hygiene.
Also the shower trim was quite green and dirty.
It wasn't all negative however, we had a lovely meal in the bar.
I wouldn't have mentioned these things but that i have been asked for a review.

Fabulous experience. The hotel is stunning. Such a beautiful building and surroundings set overlooking Lough Erne. The staff were warm and welcoming so we felt immediately at home. Breakfast was lovely, both the food and the location looking out to the view. Our stay was a real treat and we could not recommend the hotel and it’s lovely staff more highly.

Pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were delightful and very much enjoyed. Dined in both the restaurant and bistro menus were great and food fantastic.
Staff so professional and friendly- will be back in the future

The room was really poor condition, having taken photographs. We were given an upgrade definitely felt like a downgrade. The hotel has responded and apologised.

The manager was helpful after Expedia contacted them after we complained about the standard of the room we were given after two rooms were not up to standard.The first one was noisy from a outside air con dripping water when we didn’t even have air con in our room The 2nd room was musty + dusty with torn wallpaper no fridge frayed carpet in a four star hotel all rooms shld be fresh the standard rooms need updated we were given a suite which was like being in a different hotel this shld not be the case all rooms shld be off a good standard it shldnt be that you have to book the more expensive room to enjoy your stay at a hotel

Small issue when we arrived. A small leak at the window. General manager sorted in out in less than 10 minutes and moved us to a premium suite which was absolutely gorgeous

Nice quiet location at side of lough.

Ok but service in restaurant could be better.

The bed was very comfortable and we liked the two restaurant options!

It's quiet off road location

Gorgeous hotel! Felt very plush but not too fancy to feel uncomfortable. Very pleasant and friendly staff and laid back atmosphere.
