La struttura si presenta molto bene, la posizione assolutamente strategica a due passi da Victoria Station e a 10 minuti dal palazzo reale. La camera molto essenziale ma pulita ed accogliente.

Cons:

Qualche piccola disattenzione nella pulizia della stanza, il personale non particolarmente accogliente.

Surprisingly shocked after reading some really awful reviews we almost cancelled the guy at the desk was polite and helpful guiding us to places to eat etc the room was small but manageable clean and tidy location was great

More bijou than boujee. Not paid price for location.
Pros:

Good location...small in size though but fine for a couple of nights - walls rather thin!

Cons:

The guy on reception was totally miserable and shouldn't be in a customer facing role. He did kindly move us from the incorrectly allocated internal room (without a window) when I complained this was a downgrade to what I paid for.

Molto comodo al centro, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e metropolitana. Quartiere molto vivace e fornito, con negozi e bar. Letto comodo

Cons:

Stanze davvero minuscole, finestra che da su un muro (davvero molto triste), spazi super ridotti. Bagno senza finestra. Personale molto distaccato, non salutano
