Близко ко всем важным достопримечательностям и к станции Виктория, в то же время тихая приятная английская улочка.
Номер маленький, но кровать очень удобная, душевая кабина новая, электрический чайник и пакетики с чаем и кофе в номере.

Cons:

Неудобно, что нет завтрака. Администратор не предупредил, как включить отопление в номере, пришлось померзнуть. Да, конечно ковролин на полу старый и в пятнах, пыль тоже видна, к тому же номер был в полуподвальном помещении, из окна только краешек неба видно.
И почему-то в букинге он значится, как 4 звезды при бронировании, а потом резко стал 2. Будьте внимательны!

Good location, a bit loud
Pros:

Rooms were very clean, very nice shower, very comfortable.

Cons:

You might get a basement room, the London underground line lies right underneath the building, it gets a bit loud every 2 minutes. You can also heat the neighbours steps upstairs, which is probably the most uncomfortable part.

Cons:

good hotel but the 2 staff members I encountered seperately were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. They could barely look up from their phones to speak to me, didn't make eye contact, didn't say goodbye or thank you. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Noisy room

The fan noise from the bathroom ,the air condition noise and we could hear the rumbling of the metro underneath our bedroom on the lower ground floor

what a little gem of a hotel with really nice staff
Pros:

what a fantastic hotel 2/3 walk from victoria coach station as travelling by myself it felt safe. the one bedroom had everything you needed and loads of shops and restaurants nearby

Not great but not as bad as people say
Pros:

Location is a great easy access to trains and buses .
Great base for a London trip

Cons:

Booking.com has this advertised as a 4 star Hotel.
This hotel has never claimed to be 4 stars booking.com is at fault. .

No roomservice or bath towels changed annoying but.

With that said, nothing wrong, it is a room for sleeping used as a base for travelling sightseeing.
