Disappointing.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Miserable and rude reception staff. Allocated a room on the ground floor that was basically a single room with a double bed in it. No room whatsoever and way too small for a couple. Complained to reception and we were reallocated another room on the third floor. No glasses in the room (hotel policy - Why?). No shelf or towel rail in the bathroom so nowhere to put anything yet alone personal toiletries. Room was bigger and exactly matched the one we reserved but still very small. Staff were miserable yet again when leaving and entering the hotel. £5 per item charge for storing our luggage after checkout! Would not stay there again.

Pros:

Room was really clean, location is perfect close to Victoria Station, Staff was really helpful.

Cons:

Because my room was underground it had a smell which I didn't like

Ubicación perfecta y máxima comodidad
Pros:

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, a solo 10 minutos a pie del Big Ben. La habitación era muy bonita, cómoda y acogedora, y la cama era excelente, lo que nos permitió descansar muy bien.

Sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita.

Great value for money in fab location!

Great location, fab air con, very clean bathroom, lovely decor!

Very disappointing! I booked my colleague into this hotel. The room booked looked "nice" but the reality did not match. The room was underground and had no window. The smell in the room was so bad and she had an asthma attack. The room was also mouldy and wet and she decided to just go home instead. Given the circumstances, you would think that the hotel would offer an alternative room. She was not allowed to change rooms, even though she looked online and saw availability. She was told by the hotel, they were "fully booked". This is not how you treat a Genius Level 3 customer and Booking.Com seriously ought to review it's partnership with this hotel. Do not book here!

The room was big enough but the staff were not approachable and not friendly.
Pros:

Overall,the Aircon worked well and the location was about a 15 minutes.

Cons:

There was no lift to go up to the rooms with luggage,the stairs were steep No bar fridge or safe.
