Pros:

Bastante bien. Estaba todo nuevo y bastante limpio. Check in y check out ágiles.

Very good location, clean and good priced hotel, we would recommend.
Pros:

Overall no problems. Staff was friendly, no problems. The hotel was helpful for checkin and payment. Room was very clean and spacy enough. Bathroom facilities were clean and nice. Can recommend this place. The location is worth noting. It is really close to Victoria station, which is a big bonus. We wish to return.

Pros:

Great location, peaceful neighbourhood, good value for money, comfortable and clean; compliments to the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Towels could be replaced with new ones, but this is just a minor issue.

Rooms are small and compact but contain everything you need for a night or two.
Pros:

Hotel is located a few minutes walk from Victoria train station, very convenient if you’re wanting to explore the city. A few local shops nearby to stock up on necessities too.

Cons:

The only member of staff I had seen during my visit was a receptionist, he looked quite bored and looked as if he wanted to be anywhere but there, not a great first impression. Mix up with my room, I was given a solo room instead of a double, took a while to sort out but still the receptionist barely spoke two words to me.

Good location, not a great hotel
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to Westminster/Big Ben and only a 5-10 minute walk to Victoria train station.

Cons:

Bathroom had a really bad smell which penetrated the room if you didn't keep the door shut. Other guests were also complaining of this. Receptionist was not particularly friendly. They charge for you to keep your bags there on your checkout day, so we decided to pay for proper luggage storage somewhere else.

Pros:

Zona calma, com transportes públicos por perto. É uma zona que fica a 15/20 minutos a pé até ao rio. Westminster fica perto.

Cons:

A insonorização do quarto deveria ser melhorada. Ouve-se demais o som / barulho exterior.

Estuvimos 4 noches y jamás limpiaron la habitación. Ni hablar de cambiar toallas. Reclamamos y las tuvimos que comprar. Pésimo por eso que es tan fundamental
