Not as expected
Cons:

10 min walk to Victoria station. Dirty carpets on the floor. Freezing bathroom. Dirty sheets and towels. Really tiny and almost claustrophobic room. Dusty. Really high moisture in the room as well. I was very disappointed with my stay, in consideration for the price I paid as well. I would suspect better service, and a cleaner room. I also had to pay 5£ in cash to leave my bag at the hotel after check-in, seems a bit sus to me.

Close to Victoria tube and theatre. Shop and good choice of restaurants nearby.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location felt safe and was walkable to Victoria theatre. The price for two nights was reasonable.

Cons:

Paint work worn. Taps rusted and the sliding pocket door did not close properly. Although these issues would not stop me staying here again.
