Cheap that’s all.

Cons:

After reading previous comments I was convinced the place will be fine for a night stay.
I was very wrong.
Coffee/tea stains on the furnishings. Mould in the shower. Dirty sink. Smelly bedding.
Additionally window not sealed so I all night I had blinds waking me up as they were moving due to the wind.

Nice short stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night during the Liverpool Half Marathon weekend. The location was very convenient for travelling to and from the city centre, with cafés and convenience stores just a short walk away. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, thanks to clear and simple instructions. The room matched the listing exactly—while not particularly spacious, it was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay.

Cons:

A lockbox for the room keys had been dislodged from the wall and was left on the kitchen table. Additionally, all the keys were stored in the same lockbox, which raises security concerns. It would be advisable to implement a more reliable security system.

The room served a purpose for what we needed. It felt a bit pricey for what it was however when compared to hotel prices
Pros:

The room was small but functional and it was clean.
We liked having tea making facilities and a fridge.
Plenty of free on street parking available.

Cons:

The bathroom sink is too small so water often splashed over and the cupboard underneath had water damage showing this was an issue. It was difficult not to get water everywhere when getting washed or filling the kettle.
We needed more milk although there may have been more in the main kitchen downstairs.
The vertical blind provided privacy but didn’t block any light, so we were woken quite early.
This room (5) is up two flights of stairs which may cause difficulties for some travellers.
The location is ok and about a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

It was a very pleasant very quiet stay. I enjoyed that I was close enough to the city centre yet still could feel at pea
