It was good :)
Pros:

Great location. It was really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the TV works perfectly, we used it every time we came back after exploring all day.

Cons:

When we arrived, the key was not in the box where it was supposed to be. Additionally, the WiFi provided by the staff wasn’t working, so I had to contact them twice for assistance. I had booked for two people, but there was only one cup, one plate, one spoon, and one fork available. Fortunately, we managed to make do.

Lastly, I believe there is a communication gap between the staff. Before my arrival, I requested a late check-out, and the staff member I spoke with confirmed that it was fine. However, the staff member who sent me the check-out instructions, as well as the housekeeping team, were not informed about my late check-out.

Great shower
Nice location, very convenient for Earl’s Court tube.
Easy to check in and out via What’s App
A fridge in the room 👍

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner (there were a few hairs about) but very decent overall.
My window looked straight at the bins!

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do tego dostęp do mikrofali, płyty i lodówki w pokoju, więc można sobie przygotować posiłek w pokoju. Mimo dość ciasnego pokoju da się w nim komfortowo czuć.

Cons:

Dość głośno, obiekt przy ruchliwej ulicy - dla osob wrażliwych na hałas to może być problem. Do tego trafiliśmy na zepsutą windę, co przy stromych schodach było dyskomfortem dla starych rodziców.

La ubicación perfecta,parada de bus al salir y metro en 2minutos

Cons:

Nos pusieron en el sótano sin previo aviso, allí estaban las lavadoras ,las bolsas de ropa sucia estaban por el pasillo tapando literalmente el pasillo y dificultando las entradas para la habitaciones tuvieron q mover las bolsas (nosotras)diariamente.

Pros:

Está a 15 metros de la parada del metro. Me encantó la ducha. La habitación muy correcta pequeña pero hay que pensar que Londres es muy caro para mi sitio excepcional repetiría sin dudarlo

Cons:

Por decir algo que no había recepción lo gestionamos todo por vía telefónica y whassap. Pero muy rápido en contestar y todo genial

Great place to stay & fantastic location with plenty of bars, shops & restaurants.
Pros:

The room was very clean with everything you needed in it & great location.

Cons:

I didn't like being in the basement & the view outside our window was not nice at all. I booked a studio apartment but wasn't sure that it was.

Pros:

Cumplía con todo, cómodo, lindo. No fue problema para nosotros las dimensiones de la habitación, que eran súper ajustadas. Si bien está alejado del centro y de muchos puntos de interés, la ubicación cerca del metro y con parada de bus en la puerta era perfecta. Kensington es un barrio muy hermoso, y a unos minutos hay un pequeño centro con tiendas y pubs e incluso sitios con musica en vivo. Nos tocó una habitación en segundo piso y la vista es muy linda. Volvería !

Cons:

La limpieza y recambio de toallas es cada dos días, durante nuestra estadía solo nos tocó una vez.
