Great value modern room with good transport connections
Pros:

Value for money was incredible. I cancelled a capsule in central london when this place became available for a similar price. Yes, the room was tiny, but it was just me for an overnighter in London. The bed was comfortable, the pillows and linen were crisp. The tiny kitchenette (which I didn’t use) was well thought out and there was even a small folding desk from the wall I one needed to do some work. The bathroom was modern and fully functional. Simply put, for £60 in London on a Saturday night you couldn’t fault it. I stayed on the 3rd floor in room 18.

Cons:

The tile grout in the shower needs cleaning up. It’s not as much dirty but has blackened over time. The noise from the road is a big concern but I knew this and brought some decent earplugs and eyemask which sorted the problem out. The positives of this property far outweigh the negatives for the price

Regrettable stay, never again.
Pros:

There isn’t much I liked about this hotel. If I had to chose the best thing it would be the bed

Cons:

There is a long list.
- Ignored communication through booking . com that resulted a delay for me.
- The blind was not blackout and all and any light will be visible.
- In Room 6 you will hear everything: people arriving to the hotel, traffic, people walking on the pavement and their phones.
- Black Mould in the shower, a big health risk.
- Could not close bathroom door without it being stuck, decided on personal safety to leave it open when in use.
- Cupboards are badly damaged and falling to pieces.
- Signage to the hotel is very poor, white sign with black text on a white wall.
- In relation to poor communication I initially could not get into the hotel I had to wait until another guest was present.
- The reception is impractical and unprofessional

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was well equipped, nicely located and overall clean and quiet.
Pros:

Great location and well equipped for the price.

Cons:

There were a couple spots on the counter where water had damaged the surface and there was mold in the grout in the bathroom.

Pros:

L’unica nota positiva è stata la vicinanza al centro e soprattutto ai mezzi di trasporto, fermata della metro e del bus proprio fuori l’appartamento

È stata un’esperienza, un’esperienza spiacevole
Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo sistemati in una prima stanza che era super piccola (c’entravamo a stento due di noi). Quando stavamo uscendo purtroppo abbiamo notato che la porta della nostra camera aveva la serratura rotta. Dopo una discussione con il personale (un addetto alla manutenzione/pulizia penso) finalmente ci hanno cambiato camera… questa un po’ più grande ma ahimè, puzza di fogna di sera e zero cambi asciugamani/ lenzuola. Ovviamente dopo 6 notti ne abbiamo risentito.
Avevamo una finestra per ricircolo di aria ma sarebbe stato meglio non aprirla, immondizia fuori dall porta che con una ventata di aria quasi entrava all’interno!
Il personale abbastanza scorbutico
Ripeto, l’unica nota positiva era la posizione!

Posizione super ottima e a un passo dalla fermata della metro di Earl’s Court. Stanze molto piccole ma con tutti i comfort. Molto apprezzato il cambio della biancheria dopo 2/3 giorni di soggiorno.
Personale super efficiente, soprattutto se contattati tramite whatsapp.

Cons:

Stanza poco insonorizzata e un po’ sporca, sopratutto finestre con molti spifferi… La nostra stanza era molto fredda e non riusciva a scaldarsi.
