Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Nicely furnished and comfortable.
The Coates room was small but comfortable.
Check in was very easy.
Excellent breakfast at Fox and Company across the street.

Nice hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Liked the entry system - digital so no key necessary.

Cons:

There was quite a lot of noise from other guests during the night. People obviously arriving back after a night out. Woke me up at 3.45am. Banging doors and talking loudly in the corridors.

Super place with Edinburgh Old Town style.
Pros:

The location was great , close to the old town and very walkable. The view from the room was ideal, allowed you to see people passing by but also elevated enough for privacy.

Cons:

The floor squeaked, and there was a room below us , so we were concerned about the amount of noise we were making when we moved about.
