We both really enjoyed our stay in Eleven Stafford Street & would recommend to friends & family.
Pros:

Great location, easy to get to from airport. We were able to leave our bags with Tech 360 which was very convenient. Room & en-suite were small but very cute. The e-mail with all the logistics & entry code details was very clear & straightforward.

Cons:

Maybe a slightly bigger room - we were in William.

Small but great amenities
Pros:

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport with tram almost to the door. I really appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella, as well as high quality coffee, steamer and hairdryer. The room felt stylish and the bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

The room is really very small. I have stayed in many small hotel rooms but there was no place to open a suitcase, and only a few hangers for unpacking.

Very good but impersonal
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. The location was comfortable, and it was nice that they offered luggage storage with a partner, but keep in mind, they only open from 8 am to 11 pm.

Cons:

The check-in and the lack of staff are a bit weird and very transactional, but it seems this is becoming more popular amongst hotels. For example, some of the other guests were quite loud late at night, and I believe that wouldn't have happened if someone were around.

Calling this a queen room is misleading
Pros:

location was convenient for us. coffee was good

Cons:

The app for booking didn't work and much time and stresswasted exchanging emails wondering if the booking would be honoured. Room was so small that one person cannot get out of bed without disturbing the other so I think describing it as a queen room is misleading unless the queen is very small

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das kostenlose Wasser sowie die kuscheligen Bademäntel genossen und nehmen noch ein paar Einrichtungsinspirationen mit :). Für uns war es nicht zu laut oder zu hellhörig.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super und wir würden die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gibt - wie auch in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung mitgeteilt - keinen Aufzug. Das war für uns kein Problem, die Treppe ist aber doch recht steil, das sollte man mit Gepäck bedenken.
Die Tür lässt sich mit dem Türcode wirklich erst um Punkt 15:00 Uhr öffnen, sofern man keinen früheren Check-in gebucht hat. Das ist natürlich verständlich, ein paar Kulanzminuten wären aber einfach nett.

Ottima posizione, massima pulizia , ma un problema molto grande è l insonorizzazione delle stanze, sembra di dormire tutti insieme, si sentono i passi di chiunque, si sente se parlano a voce normale e il peggio è stato la pioggia e il vento che sembrava di averli in camera

Amazing stay in the heart of Edinburgh.
Pros:

Amazing design wonderful rooms and the best place to stay in Edinburgh. The location is the best far away from the hustle and bustle of the old town bust still next to all the attractions. It was very good that we get to now West End and we were close to other neighbourhoods in Edinburgh. The staff was amazing I faced a problem and they answered me immediately. Rooms are comfy, beautifully decorated, airy and comfortable. Well cleaned and the bathroom was well-ventilated.

Cons:

Well our room may needed a chair or a stool so there’s not only the bed to sit.
