A hotel away from the center of Szklarska Poręba. The peace and quiet that is so important to me here are very important. The room in the apartment building was large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a truly well-equipped kitchenette. The electric heater in the bathroom was a big plus, allowing you to quickly dry towels and swimsuits. The pool area was very good, designed for guests of all ages. A good idea is that the last two hours of the pool opening (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM) are adults-only. The food is very good and varied. The staff refills all dishes promptly and quickly clears dirty plates from the tables. Some may find it a problem that you have to walk 40 meters from the apartment building to the main building to access the pool and meals, but the price difference between the rooms in these buildings makes up for this inconvenience.
I recommend it and we will definitely return.

on sites they dont have anything like spa is closed for people that aint from the hotel! we came from czech republic, please fix it it was waste of money comming to you, never again, i needed to spit on door how awful they were and how it is managed.

Stay only in the main building – that was the perfect choice!

The Superior Room was absolutely fantastic. Breathtaking mountain view. Spacious, elegantly finished. Full comfort: air conditioning, nice furtniture, tea/coffee, great amenities, warm colors.

However, the Comfort Room in the "separate apartment building," where our friends stayed, was a complete disappointment. Small, stuffy, and without air conditioning – even though the hotel's website clearly states that air conditioning is available in both the main and apartment buildings! In reality, air conditioning is only in the main building. Additionally, the apartment building is not connected to the main one, meaning you have to go outside every time you want to use the pool or restaurant.

The pools, restaurant, and all other facilities were excellent! Everything is in the main building, top-notch, truly worth recommending.

The little downside sometimes was the reception staff - they could benefit from customer service training to always achieve 5* attitude.

To sum up: definitely yes! But only the Main Building with a mountain view.

Our family had an outstanding stay at this lovely, newly established hotel. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, providing us with the comfort and luxury we desired. The restaurant served an array of delectable dishes that delighted our taste buds every meal. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was not only clean and well-maintained but also offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The overall ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it the perfect retreat for a family getaway. We can't wait to return for another visit!

Et meget godt hotel på alle plan. Nydelig anlegg, godt utvalg på frokost, bra barneklubb og spaanlegg. Virkelig å anbefale

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! VERY NOISY FROM EARLY MORNING - 3 constructions sites around, so you can’t avoid the noise. WORST BREAKFAST WE EVER HAD IN A RESORT - old pastries that tasted like rubber, food tasted like several days old. ELECTROCITY CUT OFF - we couldn’t use facilities in a room including hot water and bathroom whole night and morning. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF SERVICE, especially hotel manager when tried to resolved the issues. We left this place after one horrible night …

Es war einfach super, ein neues Hotel in guter Lage
Zimmer geräumig mit große Terrasse, Spa Bereich groß. Die Bedienung war sehr überfordert auf die Bestellung hat man 45 Minuten gewartet und dann sind Soßen ausgegangen (um17 Uhr) und auch an der Pool Bar wartet man sehr lange.
