The reception staff were extra-ordinary. Their friendliness, helpful attitude, and customer centered focus made this a delightful experience.
One of the above staff members, Yadlia, really made this the Best of the Best stays in Katowice. Since I had a gate controlled outside parking space, she would open and close the gate when my car was at the gate. What service! The whole staff including the restaurant, housekeeping, and grounds employees were the most important part of making this hotel a wonderful stay.

Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world.

The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel!
Hats off to the management staff who selected the individuals for the hotel team.
I wish to return in a few weeks if possible.

La TV non funzionava. La porta non si apriva dall’esterno.abbiamo cambiato 2 volte le chiavi elettroniche, ma non si apriva. Ha dovuto intervenire il manutentore. E’ stato l’ albergo più caro in tutta la nostra permanenza in Polonia

Location is perfect. Room is clean, and staffs are very nice. However, the rooms between are a bit noisy.

In deed 4* hotel, well located,
but you pay more that you get.
AWFULL soudproofing.
Decent breakfast.

Good and Amazing Breakfast

Great rooms, breakfast and location, but the 2 twin comforters on the queen bed with 2 small pillows are completely unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

Super helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel feels brand new. It's about a 30 minute Uber from the airport, and just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre. It's also about 10 minutes to the conference centre and stadium.

Staff were great and spoke good English (like almost everyone in the city), breakfast was very good with a wide variety of continental offerings and some hot options that I didn't try.

My room was spacious, the bed comfortable and about the only downside I can mention is that the shower temperature wasn't very consistent from time to time.

Otherwise, a great place to stay.
