Good stay but the staff forgot to inform that on one of the nights we stayed they had rented out space to an external company to have a company party in the same building until 3.00 AM in the morning which kept me awake almost entire night. If they had informed about that in advance I would have asked to check out. Otherwise a decent place in good location.

Very nice surroundings and hotel. Right by the tram, less than 10 minutes till you’re in the old town. Staff and rooms were nice

Todella kätevä, auto siistiin talliin alakerrassa ja sieltä kätevästi hissillä respaan tai huoneeseen. Huoneet todella siistit, hiljaiset ja hajuttomat.

The property in itself was good. There's a gym, self service mini market shop ground floor. The room ok ensuite included power shower. The reason for not giving 5* is because the hostel is under renovation. So work going on.
My room had not yet been finished. Ie walls need to be decorated etc.
I had bare concrete as walls. Apart from that the price was good.
5th floor was quiet inside. Bit noisy outside because of traffic.
Ask for patio side if you prefer quiet. Kitchen opposite to me. Cleaned everyday.
Could do with a microwave.
Lovely Pizza, pasta restaurant on ground floor.
Yes I would stay here again.

Fast alles sehr gut, super sauber, gut eingerichtet, bequem, modern. Einziger Wermutstropfen - es ist relativ laut, weil es ein Apparthaus für Studenten ist, die ganz sicher nicht um 22:00 Uhr schlafen gehen.

Basecamp and the staff were so great, really nice place to stay and would do it again!

Great stay at Basecamp and Marek at reception was really helpful. About 15/20 minutes walk to the square and a tram stop nearby. Well equipped studio for a 5 night stay.

Excellent property and better than expected. Helpful staff was very pleased about that. No amenities in the room like cups, glasses, tv etc but a shop downstairs that seems to have everything.

Wir waren an einem langen Feiertag Wochenende da, deswegen war es vermutlich etwas ruhiger in der Stadt. Was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war, dass Base Camp gleichzeitig Hotel und Studentenwohnheim ist. Falls das jemanden stört, empfehle ich ein normales Hotel. Es war aber sehr ruhig. Es gab einen kleinen 24h Kiosk im Eingangsbereich, was praktisch war um abends ein paar Snacks zu holen.
Es liegt 5min zu Fuß vom Botanischen Garten, der sehr sehenswert ist. Und sonst auch gut mit Tram angebunden zum Bahnhof etc.

To summarize the experience in this room in one word: TRAUMA 😥 placed between loud students with lack of manners partying on week day until 3 am, and not to mention traumatizing lack of sound isolation in the room, which allows you to experience sound and vibration of stampede giggling women after curfew. 🙄😭 my quality of sleep during those two nights went from 98 to 43. Also lack of microwave in common kitchen is ridiculous, and not to mention about way to get there was filled with construction 🚧

Simple modern decor that allows you to easily go rest and see the city 🏙️ Amenities leave a lot to be desired for a smooth enjoyment, lack of access to a microwave in a kitchen was disappointing, but not as much as stained sheets and not clean bathroom 🚽 and sound isolation from outside the room was poor.

I may not have read the description properly and expected a traditional hotel, but the room suited our needs perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The location is not far from the old town and the staff was friendly. We did have to pay extra for parking though.

Comodissima a 10 minuti dal centro storico. Pulita e silenziosa. Ha una piccola cucina nella camera. Struttura moderna e nuovissima. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Nice place.

When I moved into my room there was dust everywhere, it clearly was not prepared before I moved in. The place is massive and it is a very far walk from the room to the exit. The place advertises laundry however you need to register with a third party company to do it, which takes 3 days minimum and is extremely inconvenient, so if you are staying less than 4 days you will not be able to wash your clothes, the staff are unhelpful in this matter. Overall, I would not recommend

Very modern design, clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
