Easy access, clean, budget friendly hotel.
Pros:

Clean room, next to service station restaurants/amenities. Easy to arrive & depart from on the M40.

Cons:

Having to leave the room and walk towards reception for shared Tea/Coffee facilities was a bit of an inconvenience but not too bad.

Good location for food and the hotel has air conditioning.
Good TV does for what u need.

Cons:

Toilet base had little poo 💩 cleaners need make sure they do cleaning properly hair in shower on floor
Plugs are not near bed so having to get up put a mobile laptop on charge is a pain.
