We would stay again
We booked a room online in mid November for £43.35 to stay over after a Christmas do.
Courteous reception staff. Basic room but clean and comfortable. Comments below say rooms are small but seemed more than fine after a recent stay in Stockholm where my partner had to get up and get ready and then leave the room so l could get out of bed to get ready 😆
Free parking 🅿️
Great hotel for my overnight stay for my works Xmas do nearbye in Old Beconsfield.
Very clean with very good shower and comfy bed. I had to ask for a hairdryer at reception. I think hairdryers should be in the room anyway. I could not get near to the mirror to see to dry my hair as there was not a plug point near the mirror. The tv screen reflection had to be my mirror. 😆
Aami the Receptionist was so helpful and polite a great front of house gentlemen. He went out of his way to chat with me and make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you to him.
I would return.
For the price this was a good stay, rooms were clean, had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
Reception and cleaning staff were very welcoming and a credit to the hotel.
Loved the Halloween decorations, really nice touch
All good
it was very functional and businesslike.
The shower kept going from red hot to stone-cold, making life a bit uncomfortable.
Good value
Simple straight forward hotel for a short stay.
Great location for a trip into Kew or London.
Hotel room compact but did as required, and plenty of parking.
- Room was very small and generally looked tired. Toilet door had areas of the wood panel worn off, the mirror around the sink was all chipped. + The bed was clean and surprisingly quite comfortable, the blind kept the light out & the room was in a quiet location which for me is always a bonus.
If you are looking for a very basic but clean hotel for the night then you can't go wrong here.
Sighted at a service station there are any number of food possibilities right next door to this hotel for breakfast. A lake is situated at the rear of the hotel so ask for a back room for the best view.
Check in was quick and easy, my room was on the 1st floor. Bed and pillows were adequate. There was some noise through other guests who ignored the signs asking to keep quiet at night, can't blame the hotel for that. There is no kettle in the room, which I find baffling, surely this is a necessity, ibis? Windows can be opened a bit.
If you are sharing a twin room, please be aware that if you are a bit prudish you won't appreciate the shower which is right next to the bed. With alternating clear and frosted glass and a large round cut out piece as a handle to open the shower door, you have no chance of keeping your dignity from your companion!
£62 for the night, which is reasonable and I would stay again, but please put a kettle in rooms!
The room was exactly what I needed and check in and check out was super easy. My only complaint is it was a bit inconvenient to get there from the bus stop.
Check in was easy room clean we went out for lunch they let us check in at 2.30 which was kind decided to have showers and a nap but bed wasn’t comfortable so we checked out and went home
A good value for money hotel
A basic but value for money hotel with all the facilities of the motorway services to hand, this establishment offers free parking which is a major bonus.
all was good .
Absolutely fine for an overnight stay in a budget hotel. easy to park and plenty of food options. Room was clean, just let down by not having enough towels so we had to go down and ask, and check on was a bit on the slow side.
Easy check in and ample free parking. Room basic as expected but clean and comfortable and quiet. More than adequate for a 2 night stay. It was a hot night and air conditioning did not cope very well.
Excellent for an overnight stop.
Hello, perfect for an overnight stay at the motorway services.
