I would definitely stay again, Theres no doubt this place is value for money
Pros:

The room was all we needed. We stayed for two nights for a wedding. The price was fair for 4 people and the location was great. Very handy as it’s just up from the beachfront.

Cons:

The room could have used a little extra cleaning. The carpet was quite hairy and some of the wall paper was ripped off. The bathroom had a little bit of black mould.

A night away
Pros:

The room was spacious for the three of us. Beds were comfy. There were facilities for making a hot drink.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell to it. Our door had a dodgy lock on it because it was loose. The staff member did try and sort it but it made me feel uneasy because I feel it should have been checked before we came.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The location was a 3 min walk to the pier

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very small. Window above the bed wouldn't shut properly with a huge gap. Bathroom window also didn't shut. Bar next door so was noisy aswell as drafty. Hair on bedding when we arrived. Bathroom door had punch hole. Paid extra for breakfast....this is a continental breakfast not a cooked breakfast as expected. Very disappointed. Not worth the money. Pictures on there website where not as expected.

Pros:

Clean and comfy room/bed. Good location, plenty of car parking space.

Cons:

Advertised as with breakfast. No cooked options, so not with breakfast according to British B n B tradition and standards. Therefore not priced fairly with local competitors.

Okay but bathroom not very inviting
Pros:

Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bathroom poor - no plug, no hooks, no shelves, no bathmats, light not working.
Room smell - stale smoke or food?
No extra pillows.
No chairs.

Its close to the acardes, pubs, shops, beach etc

The bed was comfortable

The room was spacious enough for the two of us

The fridge in the room especially in the heat waves weve been having

I asked for a room on a floor with no steps, this was done.

The floor in the bathroom was warped.
The inside of the walls were damp.
