Everything, arrived shown to our room blood all the door and on inside of the door, mold bathroom not been cleaned kettle had some sort of fungus growing in it,told the man on reception he moved us to a different room better but still terrible bin not emptied bathroom not cleaned. Bedding didn't seemed had been washed we tried to move but there wasnt anywhere else to move to. Breakfast full English not knifes and forks cups dirty we just left

Horrible hotel.

Police action violence, didn’t really understand me, bad breakfast included, cold beans, the hotel room was like a cell

To be honest experienced alot of noise from other residents banging on walls doors.

Cons:

Other residents using drugs. Felt at times living at a hostel.

Took 10 minutes for reception to see us was taken to the room looked at it dead spider squashed on wall hairs inside the bed and generally not a clean room. The room we were shown looked nothing like the advert. We didn't stay walked out and had to book alternative accommodation

Cons:

The noise was horrendous through the night and the staff wasn't helpful at all. Ended up leaving a day before my departure date

Staff give you false hope like saying they will transfer you or get you a part refund. Take your details to never be contacted and then upon returning to find out what's happening you get greeted by someone who cannot understand what you are trying to explain
