The property is lovely and really comfortable
I was a little disappointed as we came down for breakfast at 10am and we were told it was finished, their was still breakfast items out in display, the guy was abrupt and not helpful at all unlike the evening restaurant staff who were lovely

Convenient and reasonably priced for the location.
The black decor. Black walls and black switches and AC controls, the latter with no user instructions, smacks of style over practically and function. You really need to have a word with your decor designer.
Also, while the bathroom looked nice it was very impractical. There was nowhere to hang anything eg no hooks for wash bags. Nor any shelves to put things on while using the bathroom. It was just about impossible to use the shower without getting the towels wet as the hanging rail, the only one in the bathroom. was situated at the opposite end of the shower cubicle itself, opposite the two shower units.
Great modern hotel, just very hot everywhere! Had air con on the lowest setting all night and was still warm! Colleagues had the same experience earlier this year!
No self service coffee machines at breakfast made drinks service slow. Human error but I paid for breakfast on arrival yet in the morning was told I needed to pay £16, had to get receipt out as proof. Thought maybe a bit more variety at breakfast for the price but overall good and a nice hotel
The location, and the overall all property interior was amazing. Great Foh staff. Especially Patrick from reception: great individual. And lady’s at bar and kitchen were very welcoming and food was delicious as well. 10/10 will be back soon
The Ac turned off during the night and was waking up almost every night.

It is off the main road bus stop and nothing to indicate that it is very near the stop.
