Okay. Rooms modern and comfortable. I potentially
Pros:

Staff very friendly.. Service was good and food.

Cons:

Stain on bed sheet was not good. Also lighting too dim. Sheets were changed in a timely manner.

Pros:

It’s location close to the airport

Cons:

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 15 min and then decided to check ourselves in via the computer that they have for self check in. Honestly, not even a friendly face to welcome you at their facility.

Perfectly convienent for an overnight stay for an early morning flight.
Pros:

I liked its close proximity to the airport and easy shuttle transport.
The food in the restaurant was very good and the service from Neesa was great.
The room was also very comfortable for the night we stayed.

Cons:

We would have like for a larger bathroom counter surface and unfortunately we couldn’t get the chromecast to work on the TV, the TV instructions were not visible when selected.

An excellent overnight stop returning to Gatwick on a late flight.
Pros:

Very close to airport - with totally quiet rooms!

Not a great stay, worth paying more to be closer to airport
Pros:

The shuttle bus to the airport and how it collects from the hotel.

Cons:

No aircon and told it just didn’t work
Fridge was noisy all night kept us awake
Toilet kept dripping and flushing when others flushed above or next to us.
The shower area was soaking wet as we came into the room.
Whole building was too hot, had heating on full whack.
The staff weren’t overly friendly

La verdad es que todo fue perfecto.

Cons:

Que cuando llegamos el restaurante estaba cerrado y no habia opción a ninguna comida sencilla, el desayuno no está incluido y se sirve luego de las 630, sería bueno que comience a las 4 am o den la opción de viandas.

Pros:

Comfortable room for short staying. The restaurant was also very good, it offers a few options for vegan or vegetarian foods also. The staff were nice and absolutely helpful. Recommend this hotel:)
