Clean, comfortable, almost all the staff super helpful (above and beyond).
Quiet room, great bedding, excellent bathroom. Set up well for brief stays.
The shuttle, only every 40 minutes, so you can't eat breakfast before the earlier shuttles. Breakfast needs to be earlier or the shuttle more frequent.
The local bus alternative is ok but a substantial walk with luggage.
Signage at the airport to find the shuttle and then understand the route just not easy.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was frustrating from the moment we booked, and it ultimately ruined the beginning of our holiday.
Parking and Arrival
The communication regarding parking is incredibly misleading. We were only informed that parking was "limited" in the confirmation email after we had already paid. Arriving at 10:30 PM, we found the lot completely full. Because the hotel is located on an industrial estate surrounded by double yellow lines, there was quite literally nowhere safe or legal to park.
Check-in Hassles
Check-in was an unnecessarily slow ordeal. We were told only one person was available because the second computer was "broken." However, after waiting for an extended period, a manager walked over and used that exact "broken" computer to check us in within two minutes. It felt like a lazy excuse for poor staffing.
Poor Service and Attitude
By the time we reached the bar at 11:08 PM, it was closed. While the bar manager eventually agreed to serve us due to our check-in delay, her attitude was appalling. I understand it was the end of her shift, but she was visibly annoyed and incredibly rude to us. It’s never pleasant to be made to feel like a burden as a paying guest.
Room Quality
The room itself offered no relief:
Air Conditioning: The unit was faulty; it failed to cool the room and intermittently shut itself off throughout the entire night.
The Bed: Extremely uncomfortable. It was rock hard and comparable to sleeping on a park bench.
Between the logistical failures and the lack of basic comfort, this was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The rooms are too dark and the lighting in the bathroom and room asre insufficient for applying makeup- lack of mirrors in the room too
Nice room
Lack of transparency that the hotel is un walkable and taxi is £25 from North Terminal despite 5 to 6 messages with hotel pre arrival.
Also arrival staff at 2am were unwelcoming and uncaring. Sad.
The hotel is very close to the airport
Quite clean to & a good value for money
The staff went far & beyond expectations to make our stay as comfortable as possible & check-in & out was excellent. One lovely young lady went as far as helping us get parking & even gave us a discount for the inconvenience not caused by her! Isha keep doing what you do! You restored my faith in humankind. Food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back when next I fly out of Gatwick.
