Worth the price, don't expect much
Pros:

The male indian staff is friendly and helping, the area is strategic, so many food stall around the guesthouse. I think it worth the price, don't expect much from a 2-3 star guesthouse.

Cons:

When we enter the room, the toilet have stink/sour odor, we need buy air refresher the counter it. The guesthouse is literally facing main road, so no car park. Need to park at the nearest mall, 1 minute walk.

Pros:

The location was good, host was very helpful. Bed was good and it was pretty quiet place to sleep at night even though it is next to the main road. Some mosque prayers sound but you get that almost everywhere in here. Nice kitcen facilities.

Cons:

The room had lot of dead bugs on the walls, but luckily I didn't find any living ones. The toilet light starts the ventilation automatically and it sucks the bad smell from the drains. Not very homey room without window.
