Good experience for price point
Pros:

Conveniently located near Paddington Station for those who are arriving London by train. Approachable price point. Overall, rooms are well designed albeit small, and shared spaces are thoughtfully designed.

Cons:

While proximity to train station is great, location of hotel and surrounds feels a bit questionable for a solo female traveler (especially in the evening). Walls are also extremely thin so you can easily hear conversations of other visitors.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Lage sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, niedrig und durch die kleinen Fenster eher dunkel. Die Aussicht alles andere als Bellevue. Der Blick war auf eine dunkle Hauswand gegenüber. Dazu kam Baulärm.

Beautiful designer hotel!
Pros:

Be-a-uttttiful property in such a sweet little spot close to Hyde park!

Staff was very accommodating and able to get us a very early check in, which we appreciated after our red-eye.

The small details of the room/building itself were lovely.

Cons:

When they say compact room, they mean cooooompact! With 2 checked bags I felt like we were stumbling and climbing over each other and our things just to get to the bed. Not the end of the world, but definitely worth noting before schleping your big bags in!

Good for business trips. Rooms need additions. Decent overall for short stays / business trips.
Pros:

Practical and reliable. Decent room rate. Quiet and clean.

Cons:

No hooks for coats in room. Inadeqate wardrobe to unpack. No full length mirror. Room just missing some basic functionality. Tiny bathrooms.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean. The location is wonderful, near the Paddington station. And it is very quiet, except for the noise from the rail line underground.

For just over £200 a night there is better value out there.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact there is a charge for a mini bar that has no prices displayed.
The size of the room was not great.
The bathroom was tiny not comfortable at all no wardrobe just 2 coat hangers and a fold away rack. Overall disappointing if you spend anytime in your room you are forced to be in bed there is no room at all.

Good central location. Met my needs.
Pros:

Breakfast not taken, too expensive. Liked the fresh milk. Towels and linen excellent.

Cons:

Bed too high to get in comfortably. Tea cups too small for decent cup of tea.

シャワーカーテンの長さが合ってない。
Pros:

日中のフロントスタッフは凄く感じが良かったです。
チェックアウト後に荷物を預けていて、スーツケースを受け取りに行った際に携帯の充電も快く応じて下さいました。

Cons:

お値段の割に凄く狭かったです。手を洗うシンクがこれまで見たことのない小ささでした。水道のバルブは普通サイズでそのシンクが小さく、バランスが悪く、手を洗う時に水が飛び散りそうになりました。
バスタブは無く、シャワーでそれは分かっていたことなので、大丈夫でしたが、シャワーカーテンがかなり短く、シャワーの際には床なかなり濡れました。お湯はちゃんと出ました！

Great location. Nice hotel but please read review.
Pros:

Great location. Super close to Paddington for the tube and for the Heathrow express. Bus stop right on the corner, many restaurants and pubs nearby. Walking distance to the Canals.

Cons:

The room was super small even though the receptionist said that he’d upgraded us. I can only imagine what size the previous room was. AND there was no closet or drawers or even a suitcase rack would have been helpful. They had three hangars on the wall so high up I had to keep asking my husband to hang my coat up. Everything else was great but I would never stay there again for longer than a couple of nights until they get that fixed.
