Worth stay
Pros:

Center town
Spacious parking

Cons:

Complimentary for the miscommunication is not worth it
Gave us fruits to share for 6 of us
2 rooms ( 1 plate each with 2 slice pineapple + 2 slice water mellon + 3 berries ) - we expect full plate
Misscomm issue - we booked 2 rooms with sea view & requested to be next door as we have kids that will keep going in out both rooms but was told room avail only with diff floors ) Nobody call us to inform the unavailability buy we did called 3 times to remind our request
Upon check in & insisted to our request your frontline officer managed to gave us room 1426 & 1422
I hope you ll be more professional handling this issue to make sure it wont happen agan

Best hotel in Penang for tourists
Pros:

Very clean, amazing sea view, convenient location, friendly staffs, scenic infinity style pool, delicious breakfast buffet (fresh roti and noodle station). Would 100% stay again.

Cons:

Avoid early breakfast when there’s a conference, as it gets crowded.

Great staff, great food and enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great staff throughout the hotel, lovely coffee shop, we had a nice bedroom, lovely breakfast, the club lounge was excellent, Chinese New Year show on the final morning of our stay

Cons:

These are minor

Little bit far away from the main centre and so need a taxi into town. Unfortunately, the building work out the front slightly affected experience at the pool

Pros:

The room is extremely comfortable with exceptional view of the gurney bay. Walkable distant to some nice restaurants/hawkers and shopping malls like Gurney Plaza, also easy access to the city centre for more local food. There is a cafe with local malaysian flavored cheesecakes that worth a visit.

Fabulous Stay in Great Location
Pros:

Wonderful Stay at Penang Marriott Hotel
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Penang Marriott. We booked sea-view rooms, and they certainly did not disappoint. The breakfast spread was excellent. Special thanks to Zac and the front desk team for being so warm and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to return to this lovely place again soon.
