Comfortable and Good View
Pros:

I like your bed very much. It is big for one person but it has space to expand the body and let me good sleeping. I booked the room with sea view. It helps me feel relax once I see the view.

The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room’s soundproofing was extremely poor, which was very disappointing for a well-known brand hotel. We could clearly hear footsteps from the corridor, as well as our neighbor’s alarm going off through the wall. The alarm woke us up couple times, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The poor sound insulation significantly affected our overall experience and was the main reason for our low rating.

What stood out most was the hospitality of the staff, who were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. The facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. As a family, we especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the hotel’s attention to detail.

Cons:

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The swimming pool area can also get crowded, particularly during weekends and school holidays. Other than these minor points, the experience was very positive.
