Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the staff interaction and noise issues affected my stay.
I stayed in a standard studio apartment at this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to the station, which was helpful. The property itself was clean and well maintained.
However, my experience was affected by two main issues. Firstly, there was a continuous beeping noise throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep.
Secondly, I found the staff behaviour unprofessional. When I was taking a guest to my room, a staff member shouted from the reception area asking for my room number, rather than approaching me politely. After I confirmed my room number, I was told that I could not take two people to the room because I had booked a standard studio apartment. I completely understand if this is hotel policy, but this was not explained to me at the time of check-in. The way I was approached made me feel uncomfortable.
Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the staff interaction and noise issues affected my stay.
