Liked the LED LIGHTS IN THE ROOM, AIRCON AND BIG TV
Very noisy on a nigh time, was woken up by people upstairs. Rooms were abit different compared to online, our room was nice but not that similar to the photos
The property was comfortable with a nice bed and deco was nice
Noisy kids outside when I called person on phone I couldn’t hear what the lady was saying kids screaming at the door. The shower was not hot and difficult to use . No one on reception and was done by phone noisy kids outside door screaming and shouting. Towell rail fell off wall was cheaply glued on.
Clean and very comfortable room.
Very clean , modern ,comfortable, good location
Wi fi was not working , no clean cups in breakfast room for coffee or tea
The Room was modern and very clean, it had all the modern mod cons and was very comfortable to sleep in. The shower was amazing especially in the colder months where that hot shower is the only that staves off the winter blues. This is an automated hotel no physical personal all entrances are coded and a helpline is available if something happens. I did have an issue with my heating which after a phone call that took no time to get answered within 30 minutes it was sorted can't really fault it.
Due to the nature of this properties setup there was two disorientating things that happened, first the entrance is quite dark due to the use of the original big heavy wooden door, This easily fooled me into thinking they were closed or that I was at the wrong entrance I wasted 20 minutes umming and arring. The second thing isn't something the property can change but it was just weirdly surreal walking into this automated property it was a mixture of a party with the likes of Aerosmith blasting in the foyer and the art deco modernism that follows throughout property didn't shout party central. I wouldn't say this is a dislike or even a negative just not expected which on this visit wasn't embraced
Great location
No staff to welcome
The space is lovely
No heated towel rail
unable to leave windows open due to outside noise (appreciate you have no control over that) so room felt humid over night
