Pros:

Excellent location. Breakfast excellent. Welcome on arrival was very very good - made you feel very welcome. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Great hotel great value for money and fantastic staff
Pros:

Breakfast excellent best western have had in a long time compliments to the chef. Great selection hot and cold. Great service . All staff excellent happy and smiling all the time . Very helpfull .

Pros:

Such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help you. Very clean room and we were upgraded too on arrival.
Refurbished bar and dining areas are superb. Will stay again.

Welcoming and comfortable, we will be back

Location, style , generally relaxed lovely feel and dog friendly with a lovely touch at breakfast…sausages for the pooch!

Cons:

The only problem we experience here is the water temp and pressure. But it does get there in the end!! It is to be expected in the property of that size and age but can be frustrating but never puts us off coming back!
