A stunning property with fantastic staff.

Cons:

Nothing. Well, the cocktail list was the ever-so-trendy overpriced nonsense that is commonplace nowadays, just stick to the classics and all will be good in what must be one of the nicest bars I’ve ever been in. Fabulous.

Fabulous customer service and a great central location for exploring.
Pros:

Customer service was second to none. We were made to feel so welcome. Staff across the board, from the front door to the Lamplighters bar, were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The bed was so comfortable, and the bath was so relaxing! Sorry we didn’t need the turn down service; we were just so relaxed in our room! Felt like a home away from home.

Fabulous location; we were so close to all the restaurants, bars and shops that we had planned to visit.

Truly beautiful hotel with amazing location, service, and food
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated with a breathtaking dining room. Food was superb. Service excellent. Location couldn’t be any better. Quiet and clean rooms. Perfectly equipped gym.

Cons:

We expected a spa pool and facilities and got disappointed when we learned it was only massages and beauty treatments (that need to be booked well in advance).
