Highly recommended, great hotel !
Pros:

Amazing hotel in the middle of Kensington. Very close to great cafe´s, restaurants and bars. Close to three different underground stations, easy walking distance. very, very quiet which is unusual for London. Very spacious rooms, clean, everything you need. Friendly staff, no complains. You can even open the windows which, to me, is a big plus in London too. Can only recommend !

Amazing! We will be back.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super caring! We were allowed to use the mini kitchen and help ourselves for free.

Cons:

Although the rooms were perfectly clean, the second (small) showerhead in our room was quite old and had a lot of limescale. Please replace the old equipment.

Pros:

I stay here everytime I visit London! Lovely rooms with AC/heater in a very convenient area. You are able to store luggages before check-in and after check-out with no extra fee which is great in London.
