The location and the vibe was amazing! A short walk to local shops and pubs, but not super congested, amazing! The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the shower.. The shower was by far the best shower I've used in Europe!
It tended to get dusty, by morning we'd see dust on our phones and all surfaces but that may just be what you get in a Georgian era building. Our double bed could be more comfy but it definitely wasn't the worst we've ever had!
We really liked the location of the accommodation in Bayswater, which is a very pleasant, quiet and safe area in central London. It was very close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city, and also within walking distance of parks, Notting Hill, and several nice restaurants. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help.
The only small issue was the size of the bed. Even though it was listed as a double bed, it felt a little narrow for two people and could have been slightly longer as well. We still slept well, but a wider and longer bed would have been more convenient.

Bedroom was on a split level to the bathroom which was a little strange.
Great location, very lovely rooms - well designed and great interior style. We stayed in the lower ground and i was impressed by how much light was in the room. Great shower and bathroom and comfortable bed.
Minor we were near the staff cleaning station so we could hear the cleaners quite a lot and right near our room. But it was minor and we were out most of the time.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Supermarkets, restaurants and underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) are within 5-15 mins), including the famous Hong Kong Bakery in London. Room was spacious.
Pillows were a bit stiff.
